PRESENTATIONS The time for presentation in PowerPoint will be 30 minutes (20 for exposition and 10 for ask and answer). The paper could be problem, hypothesis, objective, methodology, results and conclusions. The format of the posters will be of 100 cm x 100 cm. NORMAS OF PRESENTATION OF THE SUMMARIES. The form of presentation of the paper will be done oral and written (posters). The abstracts should be sent in attach file to electronic mail to the Organizing Committee before the February 25 th, 2006. The abstract should not exceed 250 words, with 2.5 cm in all side, 1.5 interline space and using Arial size 12 points. This should include Title, Author (s), Academic/Scientific Degree, Institution, Country, email and a brief description of the study (objectives, hypothesis, methodology and results). The keywords could be 5. At end of the paper you must note the modality for your presentation (oral or poster).
INSTRUCTION FOR PRESENTATION The works will be related with any of the topics of the Symposium should be sent before April 10 the 2008 in electronic format for the proceedings of the Symposium compilation. The manuscripts will have as maximum of 10 sheets including tables and figures and must include Title, Author (s), Academic/Scientific Degree, Institution, Address, Country and Abstract with 5 Keywords, Introduction including Objectives, Methodology, Result and Discussion, Conclusions, Recommendations and References. Note. use MS Word or PDF, in letter Format (8 ½ x 11), a single space lines, Time New Roman, size 12. ABSTRACT AND MANUSCRIPTS The abstracts and the manuscripts should be sent in attach file to electronic mail to each of the Workshop Head and to villalba@af.upr.edu.cu or sady@af.upr.edu.cu. The list of the accepted papers will be published in the web site of the Symposium http://simfor.upr.edu.cu: each author will be notified directly by electronic mail respectively. The Memory of the Event will be published in electronic format with ISBN and they will be given in a CD to the accreditation of the same, for this reason it is necessary to send a copy of the complete work assisting to the established specifications, before the date given in the appendixes: Norms of presentation of the works, otherwise their work won't be registered in CD of the Memory NOTE: The invitation Letter can be requested to the Organizer Committee.
