In the fee of the second year are included: the technical support and updates (bug fix version) provided directly by CRMVILLAGE.biz. Also, if the fee for service is signed every year, you are entitled to the code of new VTE versions without having to pay the application again. The service fee is still required only the second year. And updates to NEW VERSIONS? Updates to new versions are always guaranteed when all service fees are renewed. Otherwise just buy back the application, by choosing its range users. * The package 5 users, can be used only once for range, it allows the expansion of its range of 5 users and is discounted when you purchase the higher end, in the case of passage. VTE FIXED FEE What is included in FIXED FEE? In the fixed fee are included license to use the latest version of VTE CRM, technical support and updates (bug fix version) provided directly by CRMVILLAGE.biz. See the mirror below for more information on the service. What are the differences between FIXED FEE and VTE ONE SHOT? The fixed fee is always required, this means that if the customer decides not to pay the fixed fee longer he will always have access to the application, but only in consultation, without being able to update or insert data into the same. Simply sign the fee again to resume normal operation of the application. 2

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS VTE CRM 1. Minimum Hardware requirements Ram: 2 GB Hard Disk: 20 GB Processor: 1.5 GHz or higher, recommended 2 or more Core 2. Recommended operating system The recommended operating system for installation of VTE CRM is Ubuntu 12.4. On these systems the crm is installed out-of-the-box, without the need of special checks of requirements. 3.
