PCYC SCHOOL AGE CARE INFORMATION PLEASE RETAIN FOR YOUR INFORMATION The program operates from 7.30am to 6.00pm Monday Friday. Children are unable to attend the Service outside of these hours. If you will be late to pick up your child/ren please contact the Service immediately. A late fee of $10.00 for the first 10 minutes and $1 for every minute after may apply. Payment must be made prior to the commencement of care and continue in line with the PCYC Policy. Failure for payment may result in cancellation of care. To receive your CCB/CCR rebate you must submit the correct CRN and DOB for the child/ren and family. Full fees will be charged when incorrect information is provided. Unfortunately due to CCMS and time restrictions we will only provide an estimate fee amount upon receiving bookings, account statements will be emailed once bookings have been finalised Bookings should be received by 24 th June 2016 Excursions/Incursions: cost extra and are compulsory if booked in on the day. The costs are added to your fees- separate payment is not required Casual bookings shall only be available to families where the Service has places available Food and Drinks: PCYC has a food and nutrition policy which promotes healthy eating practices. Parents will need to provide a healthy morning tea, lunch and afternoon Tea. We ask that parents provide healthy alternatives for children if providing your own food or notify staff well in advanced if there are any special dietary requirements. Children are required to bring a water bottle each day; water facilities are available for refills. Children do not have access to vending machines or canteen unless accompanied by a parent or carer. Dress: PCYC have a sun safe policy and as such children need to bring a hat each day and wear appropriate sun smart clothing and protective clothing (no tank, tube or singlet tops). Closed in shoes are required to be worn every day. If your child does not come with these items you may be contacted and asked to bring these back to the Service or your child may be restricted in their outdoor play opportunities. Some days children will be required to bring a change of clothes or a special item of clothing (eg swimshirt) to participate in programmed activities however you will be notified. PCYC acknowledges that children will bring to the Service or carry with them certain items of personal belongings. All items bought to the Service shall be done solely at the discretion and responsibility of the parent/carers and child. No responsibility will be taken by the Service for any items bought to the Service which may become lost, stolen or damaged.
