How To Make A Bill Payment Using Blanco NB App

1. Log in to the Blanco NB App 2. Scroll to the left 3 times or hit the menu icon at the top left corner of the screen and tap on Bill Payment 3. Tap on 'PAY A BILL' once you get to the Bill Pay screen 4. Tap 'From' to select which account at BNB you would like the funds to come from.

5. Tap on 'Payee' to select the company that you are paying your bill to. Payees cannot be set up in the app. The payees need to be set up in your online banking account to show up on the Blanco NB App. 6. Tap 'Send Date' to pick the day you would like the bill to be sent. Make sure to tap 'Select' at the top right of the screen to complete the date selection. Most scheduled payments are sent electronically and funds are withdrawn from your account on the payment date. If the payment is sent by check the funds will be removed from your account 6-7 days before payment date.

7. Tap on 'Amount' to enter in the amount you would like to pay for that bill. 8. You do not need to select any options for 'Delivery Option'. This is done automatically after you enter in all the information for the bill payment. 9. When all the information is filled out tap the 'Next' button at the bottom of the screen. 4 5 6 7

10. Carefully review all the information for that bill payment. If everything is correct, tap the 'Submit' button. If anything needs to be revised tap on the '< Back' button at the top left corner of your screen. Revise any incorrect information. Once finished, tap the 'Next' button, review the payment to make sure all the information is correct and tap the 'Submit' button. 11. After you tap 'Submit' make sure the box that pops up states 'payment processed successfully' & tap 'OK' Payment cut-off time is at 3:00:00 PM CT. After this time, payments will be processed the next business day.

12. Once you tap 'OK' you will be redirected back to the main Bill Pay screen where you can view the bill payment you just made.
