Network Configurations Identify Your IP Address To identify the IP address on your network, use the MAC address located on zthe back of the Console Server. If no DHCP server is found on your network, the Console Server will boot with the following static IP address: 192.168.2.156. Assigning IP from the Console Port VT-100 (Console, Telnet, SSH) 1. Connect the console port on the rear panel to a serial port on a PC host using the CAT5 cable and the console port adapter, included with the Belkin Console Server. 2. Configure a terminal emulation program, such as HyperTerminal, using the following parameters: Baud rate = 115200 Data bits = 8 Stop bits = 1 Parity = none Flow control = none Default user name/password: admin/admin Network > IP Config 3. Network Configurations Network Setting with Web Interface 1. Type in the Console Server s IP address in the browser s address field, using this format: http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (example: http://76.255.43.173). The login page will appear. Bookmark the page for easy reference. Default user name/password: admin/admin 2. Click on Network to open the Network-Configuration page. 3. Assign a static IP and other network settings. Click on Save & Reboot to store any network-configuration settings. Configuraciones de red Identifique su dirección IP Para identificar la dirección IP en su red, utilice la dirección MAC ubicada en la parte posterior del servidor de consola. Si no encuentra servidor DHCP en su red, el servidor de consola se iniciará con la siguiente dirección IP estática: 192.168.2.156. Cómo asignar una IP desde el puerto de consola VT-100 (Console, Telnet, SSH) 1. Conecte el puerto de la consola, situado en el panel posterior, al puerto serie del host del PC mediante un cable CAT5 y el adaptador para puerto de consola, incluido en el paquete del servidor de consola de Belkin. 2. Configurazioni di rete Identificazione dell'indirizzo IP Per individuare l'indirizzo IP della vostra rete, utilizzare l'indirizzo MAC situato sul retro del server console. Se non si rileva un server DHCP sulla rete, il server console si avvierà con il seguente indirizzo IP statico: 192.168.2.156. Assegnazione di un indirizzo IP dalla porta VT-100 della console (Console, Telnet, SSH) 1. Usando il cavo CAT5 e l'adattatore per la porta della console, in dotazione con il server console Belkin, collegare la porta della console, sul pannello posteriore, alla porta seriale di un PC host. 2. Salvare la pagina in Preferiti per una facile consultazione. Utente predefinito nome utente / password: admin/admin 2. Fare clic su Network (Rete) per aprire la pagina di configurazione di rete. 3. Assegnare un indirizzo IP statico e altre impostazioni di rete. Fare clic su Save & Reboot (Salva e riavvia) per memorizzare tutte le impostazioni della configurazione di rete.
