10. Student feedback mechanism on Institutional Governance/ faculty performance Feed back is taken twice in year by the management from the concerned students. The management is also bound to conceal the name of the students while taking the feed back. We have a special format for the students feed back. And at the same time the suggestions are welcomed from the students to improve the efficiency of the faculty members in their pedagogical implementation. The same feed back is passed to the faculty with out revealing the names of the students so that they may improve their standard in teaching. 11. Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students The faculty and the staff have the opportunity to come and meet the principal or correspondent and secretary directly to express their grievances. Those grievances are passed on to the management. And adding to that the Suggestion Box is arranged in the college where the faculty, staff and the students can post their suggestions, complaints and grievances. The suggestion box is checked on daily basis. They can give an email to the college ID also. The problems are solved in a short time. 12.
