For example, the principal dashboard is different from a management dashboard. The items that need attention are always highlighted in red whereas the green items indicate items in compliance. Dashboard for Principal The dashboard for the principal contains sub items such as Admission status (Planned vs current, pipeline), Fees (defaulters/fees paid/collection), Attendance (defaulters/overall attendance status by course), teaching learning (classes and exams per schedule/deviation from schedule/assignment submission defaulters), exam (average and max score, performance), NSS and NCC (activities/deviation), expenses (planned vs actual, deviation), tasks (assigned/tasks due/defaulters), placement (placed vs non placed students, companies participated, various stages), remedial classes (classes conducted/ attendance/ budgetary allocation), inventory (stock alert/ acquisition/ deviation), library (overdue/ budget usage), hostel (seats available/ fees collection), Leave management (Leaves approval / Pending tasks), Calendar (Events/ Availibility), compliance status, announcement, to-do from statutory agencies. Dashboard for IQAC The IQAC dashboard contains items such as deadline for reports submission, compliance status, validation of records, approval of records, tools to generate any kind of reports. Dashboard for Students The dashboard for students contains items such as assignments due, exams due, feedback due, academic progression, marks, extra curricular activities, events, announcements etc. Dashboard for Management The Management dashboard contains MIS reports based on KPIs defined by the institution. 3

Once the processes that are followed in the institution are selected, the corresponding descriptions are auto generated based on the institution data using some advanced technologies such as article spinner and unique content generator. In the event the checkbox options presented do not contain the processes followed in the institution, addition content may be added as required for every question.
