ICE 2016 Bios Gavin Isaacs President and Chief Executive Officer For more than 16 years, Gavin Isaacs has held leadership roles with leading global gaming technology companies. Today, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Scientific Games, Mr. Isaacs oversees a premier gaming and lottery entertainment powerhouse that operates under an impressive portfolio of successful brands, including Bally, Barcrest, Global Draw, SG Lottery, Shuffle Master, and WMS. He is focused on improving Scientific Games performance and growth through the development of innovative products and services to help lottery and gaming customers grow their businesses. Prior to joining Scientific Games in 2014, Mr. Isaacs served three years as the Chief Executive Officer of SHFL entertainment, where he grew the company to record revenues, globally expanded the slot business, and created meaningful opportunities in specialty table game brands both in brick-and-mortar casinos and online. Before that, as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Bally Technologies, Mr. Isaacs oversaw the rollout of the company s new slot platform and sophisticated new slot cabinet family and was responsible for double-digit growth of participation revenue, as well as the company s re-entrance into the Australia market. Prior to joining Bally, Mr. Isaacs served nearly eight years with Aristocrat Leisure Limited. During his tenure, he held key management positions, including General Manager, Legal and Compliance; General Manager, Marketing and Business Development; and Managing Director, Europe, before being named Americas President in 2003. In this role overseeing the Company s North and South America business, Aristocrat Americas became the largest financial contributor to the Aristocrat Group, posting record revenues, unit sales, and recurring revenues while achieving substantial margin increases.

Before joining Aristocrat, Mr. Isaacs was a partner with the leading Australia law firm DLA Phillips Fox, where he built their highly successful property services business unit. Mr. Isaacs serves on the Board of Directors of the American Gaming Association; the Board of Directors of KNPR Nevada Public Radio ; and previously served as the President of the International Association of Gaming Advisors. Kevin Anderson Vice President of Business Development for EMEA and Global Sports Betting, Lottery Kevin Anderson is focused on business development opportunities for Scientific Games across Europe, the Middle East and Africa for the company s lottery business, including instant games, lottery systems, video lottery systems and interactive gaming. With more than 30 years of lottery and gaming experience in the region, Mr. Anderson also leads a global sales team responsible for developing Scientific Games sports wagering business around the world. He works closely with customers in the government-sponsored gaming sector to enhance top line and operational efficiencies and drive innovation and profitability. Mr. Anderson s significant experience in strategic account management and business development further strengthens Scientific Games global presence and enhances the execution of growth initiatives. Prior to this role, Mr. Anderson was an Executive Advisor to OPAP SA, the Greek state lottery operator, and was responsible for managing OPAP s 2 billion sports betting business. He has worked previously for Scientific Games in sales and business development in the U.K. Based in Leeds, England, Mr. Anderson holds a bachelor s degree in Modern Languages from the University of Salford in Manchester and a diploma in International Marketing from North Staffordshire Polytechnic. Michael P. Conforti President, Global Strategic Accounts Michael Conforti is the President of Global Strategic Accounts. Mr. Conforti joined Scientific Games in 2011, initially serving as Vice President of International Business Development after spending several years assisting the company in the development of its China business. Mr. Conforti previously served as the President, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of URU Technology Incorporated, a company that develops and commercializes proprietary biometric access control and identity management solutions.

From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Conforti was employed by GTECH Corporation as its Vice President of International Business Development, where his responsibilities extended to government relations and Asian operations. Prior to joining GTECH, Mr. Conforti was a Director of Black, Manafort, Stone & Kelly, a leading Washington, D.C.-based public affairs company. Mr. Conforti is an attorney and member of the Virginia State Bar and holds a bachelor s degree from St. Lawrence University of New York and a JD from George Mason University School of Law of Virginia. Barry Cottle Group Chief Executive, Interactive Barry Cottle joined Scientific Games as Chief Executive, SG Interactive, in August 2015 to lead the strategy and growth plans of the Interactive group. Before Scientific Games, Cottle served as Vice Chairman of Deluxe Entertainment while concurrently serving as Senior Vice President of Technology at MacAndrews & Forbes where he helped drive digital innovation including Deluxe s launch of Virtual Reality in June 2015. Prior to that, he was the Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Vice President Games for Zynga, where he led corporate and business development, strategic partnerships, distribution, marketing and advertising. Additionally, Cottle took over the rapidly declining casino division in 2013 and turned it around to grow revenues and market share and establish Zynga as a leader in the social and mobile space. Previously, Cottle served as the Executive Vice President Interactive for Electronic Arts (EA) for five years, where he grew EA s mobile and online game division from approximately $140 million in yearly revenues to more than $600 million to become the worldwide market leader. During his tenure, he transitioned EA Mobile from a U.S.-centric feature phone business to a global free-play leader across smartphones and Facebook. Earlier in his career, Cottle served as the Founder/CEO of Quickoffice; COO of Palm; and Senior Vice President of Disney TeleVentures, a division of The Walt Disney Company dedicated to creating interactive online/tv experiences. Cottle earned an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Allon Englman Senior Vice President and Chief Design Officer, Gaming Allon Englman joined WMS in 2001 and has held several positions of increasing responsibility in product development, including Director of Games and Vice President of Product Strategy. He currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Design Officer for Scientific Games, which acquired WMS in October 2013, where he is responsible for global product strategy and design. This includes product management, player research, performance analytics and product design. With a focus on innovation and listening to player and customer feedback, Mr. Englman has been involved in the development of some of the industry s most successful and innovative products, including the MONOPOLY Big Event, Zeus and Willy Wonka games. Before he joined Scientific Games, Mr. Englman began his career at IGT in Australia. A prolific inventor, Englman holds more than 100 patents in the gaming field, with another 162 patents pending. Mr. Englman studied for a Bachelor of Business at the University of Technology, Sydney, majoring in Banking and Finance. Lindsay Goldner Senior Manager B2B Marketing, Interactive Lindsay Goldner joined Scientific Games as Sr. Manager B2B Marketing, SG Interactive in July 2015. Goldner is a marketing and communications professional focused on working with diverse, cross-functional teams to oversee the creation of strategies and the execution of tactics that drive business results. Prior to her time at Scientific Games, Ms. Goldner had the opportunity to manage accounts at several advertising agencies including Laughlin Constable, BVK and Jayne Agency, LLC. Her accounts spanned an array of categories and included Funjet Vacations, United Vacations, Lung Cancer Alliance, Milwaukee Ballet and Johnson Controls.

Bob Hays Vice President Global Commercial, Interactive As Vice President, Global Commercial, Mr. Hays leads new business development, sales, account management and marketing. To date Mr. Hays has successfully grown real money gaming supplier relationships to more than 50 operators, lead SGI into numerous new markets and completed several IP license agreements to realize the enormous value of the SGI content library. Mr. Hays also led the product development for the SG Universe suite establishing a SGI as the premier provider of B2B social and on-premise real money gaming. Prior to helping found Williams Interactive, Mr. Hays served as Executive Director at WMS Gaming leading the new business development and commercial sales efforts across multiple North American jurisdictions. Direct responsibilities included launching the WMS Class II / Central Determination business in the Americas and successfully leading WMS to be selected as a qualified supplier to both British Columbia Lottery Corporation and Lotto Quebec s online gaming entities PlayNow.com and Espacejeux.com. Before joining WMS, Mr. Hays held several senior leadership positions with General Electric Corporation. Marco Herrera Vice President, Managing Director of Gaming for EMEA Marco Herrera is Scientific Games Managing Director of Gaming for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). In this role, he leads operations and oversees sales of gaming machines, casino-management systems solutions, and table products representing the Company s Bally, Barcrest, Shuffle Master, and WMS product brands. Mr. Herrera also oversees service and support to grow the Company s market share in EMEA and elevate the customer experiences by bringing the four powerful product brands under a combined operational infrastructure. Mr. Herrera joined Scientific Games in November 2014 following its merger with Bally Technologies. Before that, he served nearly five years as Bally Technologies Vice President and Managing Director of EMEA, overseeing

sales and support operations. He joined Bally Technologies in 2006 as Vice President and Managing Director of the company s MCC casino and slot-management system division in Nice, France. Previously, Mr. Herrera served as Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of ztradingindustries, a software and services provider in the pre-owned goods market. Earlier, he served as Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Vice President of SuperPawn, the premier pawnshop company in the western United States. Mr. Herrera has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and post-graduate Information Systems qualifications from the Harvard Executive Management Program. James C. Kennedy Jr. Group Chief Executive, Lottery James Kennedy serves as Executive Vice President, Group Chief Executive of Lottery. Mr. Kennedy leads Scientific Games Lottery business worldwide. Prior to this role, Mr. Kennedy served as President, Printed Products and Chief Marketing Officer. Since joining Scientific Games in 1985, Mr. Kennedy has worked closely with customers around the world to create and execute successful lottery programs for responsible, sustainable growth. Under his leadership as Senior Vice President of Sales and Global Marketing, Mr. Kennedy was responsible for global marketing and business management for sales, customer service and creative for all of Scientific Games lottery businesses during the time when the Company experienced the most significant growth in its history of global instant products and related services. During Mr. Kennedy s tenure at Scientific Games, he also served as Vice President of U.S. Sales and President of SGI Retail Solutions. Mr. Kennedy holds several patents and is recognized for his contributions to the Lottery industry as the recipient of three major lottery awards, including the Major Peter J. O Connell Lottery Industry Lifetime Achievement Award, induction into the Lottery Industry Hall of Fame and the NASPL Powers Award. Prior to joining Scientific Games, Mr. Kennedy was a Systems Engineer for Computer Task Group. Mr. Kennedy has a bachelor s degree in Computer and Management Science, an MBA from the University of Colorado and a graduate degree from Columbia Business School s Senior Executive Program.

Jordan Levin President, Interactive Jordan Levin serves as President, Interactive for Scientific Games. In this capacity, he provides executive management and leadership, including overall strategic direction, business development, sales and marketing, and operational oversight. Mr. Levin has served as Managing Director, Williams Interactive at Scientific Games since January 2014, having previously been Chief Operating Officer of Williams Interactive since July 2013, when it was created as a subsidiary of WMS Industries Inc. ("WMS"), acquired by Scientific Games in October 2013. Prior to that he was WMS' Vice President of Business Development. After joining WMS Industries in 2006 as Senior Principal Business Development, Mr. Levin was promoted to Director Business Development in 2008 and later Vice President of Business Development in 2010. Previously, he worked in investment banking and corporate finance with Dresner Partners and Wells Fargo. Mr. Levin earned his Bachelor of Business degree in Finance from the University of Texas, Austin in 1998, and received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago in 2008. Derik Mooberry Group Chief Executive, Gaming Derik Mooberry serves as Executive Vice President, Group Chief Executive of Gaming. Before joining the Company in November 2014, Mr. Mooberry served Senior Vice President of Games, Table Game Products, and Interactive Research & Development for Bally Technologies and oversaw Bally s business in Mexico and South America. He has also held roles as Bally s Senior Vice President of Games and Vice President of Products and Operations, responsible for games, systems, and server-based solutions, product management, technology development, and global operations. Additionally, he served as Bally s Vice President of Games Sales and Operations in the Americas, responsible for Bally s games and gaming operations business throughout North America, the Caribbean, Central, and South America.

Mr. Mooberry previously served as Bally Technologies Vice President, Western Regional System Sales. In that capacity, he played a key role in the signing of several major Bally Systems customers. Mr. Mooberry has more than 20 years of gaming industry experience and is also a Certified Public Accountant in Nevada (U.S.). Laura Olson-Reyes Executive Director of Corporate and Community Relations Laura Olson-Reyes is the Executive Director of Corporate and Community Relations for Scientific Games. She oversees the Company s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and also has responsibilities for external and internal (employee) corporate communications. She joined the Company in November 2014 following Scientific Games acquisition of Bally Technologies. Olson-Reyes joined Bally Technologies in 2007 as Director of Corporate Communications and was promoted to Senior Director, Corporate Marketing & Communications in 2012. In this role, Olson-Reyes managed an annual budget of $4.5 million; led a team of 10 people; and oversaw sales-engagement, product marketing, corporate communications and community relations for Bally Technologies and its Gaming product portfolio which generated annual revenues of approximately $1.5 billion. Before that, Olson-Reyes served as Director of Marketing Communications for SellingSource.com, an Inc. 500 company that delivered technology solutions for the financial industry. Previously, Olson-Reyes served nearly five years with Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. as Senior Manager Communications, and eight years as Corporate Communications Manager at Anchor Gaming and its Powerhouse Technologies subsidiaries Automated Wagering International, Inc. (AWI), Video Lottery Consultants (VLC), and United Tote Company. Olson-Reyes also has professional experience with casino operators Caesars Entertainment and Stratosphere Hotel Casino & Tower in Internet marketing and copywriting. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Print Journalism from the University of Montana.

Robert Parente Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, Gaming Robert J. Parente joined Bally Technologies in 2009 and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer, Gaming Division for Scientific Games. He previously held the position of Senior Vice President of North American Sales and Corporate Marketing for Bally Technologies. He has 20 years of experience in the gaming industry as well as 12 years in the high-tech industry and is responsible for global sales management and revenue. From 1996-2009, Mr. Parente held the position of Executive Vice President, Sales/Marketing and Business Development at Progressive Gaming International, Corp. in Las Vegas, Nevada. Other previous positions include President of Infusion Technology, Inc. in Irvine, California; Vice President/General Manager of EXP Computer, Inc. in Sunnyvale, California; and Director of Sales and Marketing at ZAX Corporation in Irvine, California. Mr. Parente is the Chairman of the Board of the Canadian Gaming Association. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth; completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Nevada, Reno; and completed the Enrichment Seminars Program at Brown University in Providence, R.I. He also holds a U.S. patent in the gaming field for configurable gaming devices with player selectable award profiles. Steve Saferin President, Properties and Chief Creative Officer In July 2010 Steven Saferin was appointed President of Scientific Games Properties Group, a newly formed business unit. In this role, Mr. Saferin is responsible for the overall market development of the Company s licensed properties and promotional opportunities as well as various new media initiatives. Scientific Games Properties Group, MDI Entertainment, has the lottery industry s largest portfolio of licensed properties with contracts in nearly every U.S. lottery jurisdiction. Scientific Games' Gaming and Interactive Divisions have among the largest portfolio of third party licenses in their channels of distribution. In addition to this role, Mr. Saferin serves as Scientific Games Chief Creative Officer, a role he was appointed to in April 2009. As Chief Creative Officer, Mr. Saferin is responsible for conceptualizing and developing product and gaming ideas, and then expanding these ideas into

new products and services. He plans, coordinates, and directs all creative content, business initiatives and related product development activities for the Company s lottery customers worldwide. Mr. Saferin founded MDI Entertainment in 1986 and built the company into the leading provider of entertainment-based promotions and Internet-based services for the lottery industry. MDI was acquired by Scientific Games in January 2003, and Mr. Saferin served as President of MDI from January 2003 to May 2009. Prior to founding MDI, Mr. Saferin was Director of Program Acquisitions at ESPN from 1982 to 1986. He supervised a 16-person department in the areas of product acquisition and scheduling. From 1978 to 1982, he was active in cable television franchising as a Vice President with both Viacom Communications and Warner Amex Cable. In those capacities he supervised cable television franchising activities in dozens of major markets. Prior to entering business, Mr. Saferin was an Attorney-Advisor to the Cable Television Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission, as well as a member of the law department of Viacom International. Mr. Saferin received a bachelor s degree in Journalism from American University and received his JD from the University of Maryland School of Law. Tom Wood Vice President & Chief Product Officer, B2B, Interactive As Vice President & Chief Product Officer, B2B, Tom Wood leads the Global Product Strategy and Roadmap. He manages a team of Product Manager specialists ensuring high quality, on-time delivery aiming to meet or exceed market and customer expectations. Previously, Mr. Wood has served as the Director of Casino at Williams Interactive. Prior to entering his role with SG Interactive, Mr. Wood held several senior leadership positions in the industry including roles at Betsson, Nordic Gaming Group and Jadestone.
