1 Mrs. Nadine Hopwood Feighan Nadine H. Feighan is a lifelong Cleveland resident and a graduate of Beaumont School in Cleveland Heights. She did her undergraduate work at Bradford College and Newton College of the Sacred Heart in Boston, wher she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree. She attended the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences of Case Western Reserve University, graduating in 1979 with a Master of Science in Social Administration degree. Mrs. Feighan s professional and civic experiences have been many and varied. She has demonstrated a deep commitment to the community through many hours of service. Mrs. Feighan has an intense interest in Alternative and Integrated Healthcare. In 2004, she founded Simple Path, a holistic healthcare practice. She specializes in Energy Medicine and works with the elderly, students, those with cancer as well as many others. Her work deals primarily in restoring balance to a person s mental, emotional and spiritual system. Mrs. Feighan is a Registered Polarity Practioner and is the Ethic Chair for the American Polarity Therapy Association. Mrs. Feighan currently sits on the Board of Trustees of Cuyahoga Community College District where she is serving a fifth term. She acts a liason to the Ohio Board of Regents and other state and national education associations. Her Board tenure has seen the successful passage of several tax levies to assure that Cuyahoga Community College remains a strong and viable community resource. She was instrumental in orchestrating a smooth administrative transition and her leadership in turbulent times was key to maintaining a community trust in the institution. Mrs Feighan also presently serves on the Board of Cleveland Saves, an offshoot of a Ford and Cleveland Foundation funded program to help Clevelanders build savings through motivation and financial literacy. Interested in International Affairs and Human Rights, Mrs. Feighan serves on the Board of Cleveland-based, International Partners in Mission. IPM works across borders of faith and culture on behalf of children, women, and youth to create partnerships that build justice, peace and hope. Mrs. Feighan also is deeply committed to the cultural life of Cleveland. She is the past president of the Committee for Public Art, now Cleveland Public Art, which 1 OPTFA_REQ2_CCC000138

2 has been responsible for major installations of work in the Gateway Complex, the new wing of the Cleveland Public Library, and neighborhood-based art projects that enhance the living space of all city residents. The Committee for Public Art, under her leadership, was involved in Civic Vision 2000 with Cleveland Tomorrow. Appointed by Judge Peter Sikora, Mrs. Feighan served on an advisory committee charged with ascertaining the need to expand juvenile detention facilities. In 1997, she was appointed by Judge Kenneth Callahan to serve as Grand Jury Foreman and to an evaluation committee reviewing the need for separate drug court. Mrs. Feighan also served on the Charter Review Committee for the City of Lakewood. Mrs. Feighan s volunteer resume includes leadership in national and local projects. She served on the national Board of the Washington, DC-based Peace Links and as secretary for the Cleveland chapter of the National Association of Social Workers. Her local positions have included presidency of the Cleveland chapter of Nuclear Freeze, Board member of Hill House, and Board member and group leader for Parents Anonymous. She has also served on the Board of the Association of Continuing Education at Case Western Reserve University. In addition to her extensive community interests and appointments, Mrs. Feighan has over 20 years of political involvment at the local, state, and national levels, as the spouse of Edward Feighan, former State Representative, County Commissioner, and five-term U.S. Congressman. Kennedy-Scott Phone: (216) President Address: 1001 Lakeside Avenue, Suite 1200 Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Ohio Cleveland, OH Patricia Kennedy-Scott joined Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Ohio as President in Prior to coming to Cleveland, she served as Vice President of Group Health of Puget Sound s Network Services Division in Washington. With a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the University of Detroit School of Law, Ms. Kennedy-Scott began her career as a lawyer in the Michigan Attorney General s office. She held a number of administrative roles including working exclusively with the Department of Health. She then joined Detroit s Harper-Grace Hospitals as Vice President of Legal and Administrative Services. Ms. Kennedy-Scott also served as Chief Operating Officer of The Michigan Health Center. Past honors include being named an Up and Comer by Modern Healthcare, honored as Michigan s Young Administrator of the Year, and appointed by President Bill Clinton to the Health Care Reform Review Committee. Recent honors include receiving theywca of Cleveland 2005 Woman of Excellence Award, Northern Ohio Live s 2005 Rainmaker Award, and the 2006 Athena Award. Her community involvement includes the YWCA Executive Advisory Council for the Women s Leadership Initiative, the Cuyahoga Community College District Board of Trustees, a Director on the Cuyahoga Community College Foundation Board, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum Board of Directors, and United Way Health Care Cabinet. 7 Bruce D. Murphy Executive Vice President KeyBank National Association President Community Development Banking Bruce D. Murphy is President of Community Development Banking, including Community Development Lending, the Minority/Women s Business Enterprise program, and Regulatory Compliance. As President, Mr. Murphy leads the Corporation s integrated strategy for investing in low to moderate income communities with consumer and commercial products and services. He leads construction lending and making equity investments for affordable housing, and commercial loans for small business in low-to-moderate income markets and investing in tax credit projects. He is also responsible for consumer strategies to attract the unbanked. Mr. Murphy is responsible for the Minority/Women s Business Owner s supplier diversity program. In 1990, Mr. Murphy joined Human Resources for AmeriTrust, which later merged into Society Corp, Key s predecessor. Prior to coming to Cleveland, he spent 12 years in a wide range of both planning and operations functions in Retail and Human Resources at Mellon National Bank in Pittsburgh. Mr. Murphy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and a Master s degree in public administration from the University of Pittsburgh. He has also studied at the University of Michigan and Case Western Reserve University in a variety of leadership programs. He is currently a member of the Cuyahoga Community College Board of Trustees. He also is a member of Leadership Cleveland; Board President of the United Black Fund; Past Chairman of the Board of Directors of Recovery Resources, and a board member of A.M. McGregor Foundation. Mr. Murphy serves on the board of Social Compact, Bankers Collaborative of the National Community Reinvestment Coalition, Center for Financial Services Innovation, and Bank Administration Institute. 14 David W. Whitehead is the retired Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Chief Ethics Officer of FirstEnergy. Previously, Mr. Whitehead served as Regional Vice President for the Northern Region of FirstEnergy s Illuminating Company subsidiary, with responsibility for customer account services, customer support services, and external relations. Prior to the 1997 merger of Ohio Edison and Centerior Energy that formed FirstEnergy, Mr. Whitehead served as Regional Vice President of Centerior s Central Region, with responsibility for most aspects of the company s operations in the Cleveland area. Mr. Whitehead also served as Director of Governmental Affairs for Centerior and as general counsel for The Illuminating Company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Whitehead served as an environmental attorney and was involved in several industry proceedings before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. He was named Vice President and Chief Ethics Officer in 2001 and Corporate Secretary, in Mr. Whitehead is involved in many professional and civic organizations in the Greater Cleveland area. He is a former member of the Board and Executive Committees of United Way Services, as well as Chair of their Strategic Planning Committee. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Cuyahoga Community College. He is the past chairman of the Leadership Cleveland Alumni Steering Committee. Mr. Whitehead formerly served as Chairman and Vice President of the Board of Park Commissioners for Cleveland Metroparks. Mr. Whitehead received his Bachelor of Arts and law degrees from Cleveland State University. He resides in Solon with his wife, Ruvene, and has two married daughters and four grandchildren.
