PROGRAMME STRUCTURE The first two years of the programme consists of both compulsory and elective courses that are the same for all concentrations. Students will be given an opportunity to choose elective courses according to their interest. Each semester students will work on research projects in line with the selected courses. The third and the final years will be dedicated for further specializations: Marketing and Global Business or Business Administration.

Career opportunities and access to further studies A graduate of programme with marketing and global business or business administration concentration will be ready to work in companies and organisations that are involved in international/ global activities. They are widely spread across sectors: business (manufacturing, commerce and services), public sector, non-profit (non-governmental). Through the range of management subjects studied in this study programme, graduate will be prepared for a career at middle and higher-level management in this exciting and challenging field. There is a wide range of opportunities available with a qualification in international marketing management or business administration. Some typical career routes, which graduates have moved into, are business management, brand and product management, advertising, public relations, market research, sales management, retailing, general marketing management, business development and ownership. After gaining Bachelor degree, a student will be able to join Master programmes.

Career opportunities and access to further studies Skills and competences gained by graduates of the Business Administration concentration enable them to create and develop new businesses as well as administrate and manage processes at existing business organizations. Students acquire systematic thinking, strategic thinking as well as decision making competencies that are necessary in a contemporary business environment. Graduates are knowledgeable in methods of how to diagnose and systematically manage problematic situations as well as identify optimal tools for the implementation of necessary changes.
Graduates of the Business Administration concentration are able to apply theory in the real world and are therefore likely to be attractive to employers as future strategic leaders and senior managers, and also able to work as middle-level managers at business organizations or public institutions in domestic and/or international markets. GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS and Business Administration undergraduate studies are completed with public defence of final bachelor thesis. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND SELECTION CRITERIA Each applicant is required to have a secondary school diploma or its equivalent. The selection criteria are based on the weighted average of relevant grades recorded in the transcript of the student s academic record.
