Upgrade of Business Systems Data Warehouse Reporting The Business Systems Data Warehouse Reporting System was upgraded to a new version of Business Objects the weekend of December 12 th. The current system will be available until May 15, 2009. The link to the new version will be https://edwrpt.campus.cu.clemson.edu:8443/infoviewapp/logon.jsp You can get to this link through Blackboard or from the cubs web page www.clemson.edu/cubs. The links for the old version will remain on these sites until May 15, 2009. When you first log into Infoview the display may appear to be a little different, but everything is still there, you just may get to it in a different way. Some helpful instructions are in the following pages but a quick list of some of the differences is as follows: - Some of the menu items are now buttons instead of icons, this will make it easier to identify the menu item needed. - All preference selections are included on one page instead of having to go to different tabs. Still make sure to click OK for the system to accept any changes. - To navigate to Public Folders, double click on the Document List (either on the menu or in the list of folders.) - To navigate down through the folders, double click on the folder names until the reports are listed to the right. In the old version you had to click on the + sign until you got to the bottom folder. - To view the latest instance of the report, double click on the report name. The report will be displayed in the InfoView portal or in a separate window depending on how your preferences are set. - To view historical instances or use other options, right click on the folder name or use the button displayed in the menu above the report listing. - Not all the User Favorites folders have been moved to the new version. If you are missing any folders, please let us know at dwhhelp-l@clemson.edu - All Daily Reports have been added to the new version and are running daily as well as in the old version. The monthly historical reports have been migrated to the new system.
