The Reference and Tenancy Agreement Fees (fee non-refundable): Single Applicant 150.00 inc vat 50.00 inc vat for each additional applicant *Guarantor Deed 50.00 inc vat Initial Payment: Once Simon Karl Lettings have received satisfactory references, cleared funds payment is required, on or prior to the move in date, equivalent to one and half OR one times the rent. This will be confirmed to you. PLUS a deposit equivalent to the amount of one month rent PLUS 100. The tenant is also responsible for council tax, water, gas, electricity, television license and telephone costs (unless otherwise specified). Deposit Details: A security deposit of a minimum of one month's rental must be paid and will be held by The Deposit Protection Service (The DPS) or the landlord who will register the deposit with a government backed scheme throughout the tenancy term. This is held to cover damage, breakages, and any other liabilities under the terms of your tenancy agreement. Please note that under no circumstances can the deposit be used by the tenant to cover rent. ** Please note that following any fixed term of your initial lease (AST) there will be an admin fee of 80.00p subject to reduction to 40.00p including VAT for on time payment should there be the option offered to extend for another term.
