3 Access New User Registration Page To begin the new user setup/registration process: 1. Go to: http://www.mypeoplenet.com/signin.cfm. Save as Favorite. 2. Turn your Pop-up Blocker Off: Before logging on to PeopleNet, make sure your pop-up blocker is off. From your Internet Explorer browser select Tools >> Pop-up Blocker >> Turn Off Pop-up Blocker. 3. Select the New User? link in the left navigation menu.
Register New User 4 To register for the first time, complete the following steps: Step 1: Company Note: This step may not apply to all users. 1. Enter your Company ID for which you will be submitting time. 2. Select to continue. Step 2: Employee 1. Enter the last four digits of your SSN (social security number) and your Last Name. 2. Enter the two distorted CAPTCHA words displayed. Note: If you re unable to read the words, simply select the refresh icon ( ) to generate new words, or select the audio icon ( ) to hear the words that should be entered. 3. Select to continue.
5 4. Select your name from the list of employees. Note: If you do not see your name on the list, select the link provided to expand the search. If you still do not see your name on the list, please contact your administrator. 5. Select to continue. Step 3: User ID 1. To create your PeopleNet user ID, enter your Email Address. 2. Re-enter the same email address for confirmation. 3. Enter your 10-digit Cell Phone number. 4. Select your Cell Phone Carrier from the drop-down menu. Note: If you do not have an email address, we recommend requesting a free email address from Gmail or Hotmail before proceeding. If you do not provide an email address, you are required to use your cell phone number as your User ID. 5. Select to continue.
Step 4: Password 1. Enter a unique password. 2. Re-enter the same password for confirmation. 6 Note: Passwords rules may vary from current display. 3. Select to continue. Step 5: Confirm Settings Review the settings and select to complete the employee setup.
Edit Settings 7 If necessary, make changes to the information entered by using one of the following methods prior to confirming your settings: A. Select to go back to the previous screen. B. Select a specific step in the setup process by selecting one of the active links at the top of the screen C. Select Edit beside the desired setting. Sign In Use the new User ID and Password created to log into the PeopleNet system.
Update Profile 8 1. Once logged on, you may change your password, email address or other information by clicking on Update Profile on the left hand side of your screen. 2. Select whether you would like to Change Password or Set E-Mail & Phone. 3. Follow the remaining steps based on your selection. Forgot Password 1. Enter your User ID and click on the Forgot Password link. Note: If you click on the Forgot Password link without entering your User ID, you will be prompted to enter it.
9 2. Select the check box beside the account(s) whose password you would like to reset and select. 3. Follow the instructions on the screen to enter a new password and select.
