My Contribution to the Three Objectives SO1: Increasing awareness of the importance and potential value of engineering and networking within the community of high value engineering research. 1. Report on the current state of ICT enabling technologies within HVE areas in China 2. Introducing VLAB to community 3. Building new partnership in the HVE areas of EC & China SO2: Providing a supportive environment for building collaborative research projects focusing on high value engineering capabilities and novel concepts of operations. 1. Providing innovative service operations model & methodology, SMDA, VASEM 2. Linking industrial sectors in HVE areas between EC & China 3.
