Modules of the programme The General Management Programme includes the basis of the management skills required for business leaders: 24h / module : Corporate strategy Managerial economics Corporate finance Organisational behaviour Marketing Management control 12h / module : Financial accounting International business law Operations management The classes are given by experienced ESCP professors and experts. For certain subjects you will be assigned a professor with hands-on business experience.
European Executive MBA Programme s outcome GMP ESCP Europe Certificate The General Management Programme (GMP) represents the 9 core courses of the European Executive MBA, this allows participants to progress on to the Executive MBA by attending seminars, electives and completing an International Consulting Project during the following year. * An unique network of peers both in Romania and international, coming from diverse educational and professional backgrounds, which provides the opportunity to generate new business in Bucharest to complete* GMP 9 modules ICP (International Consultancy Project) 5 international seminars 12 electives * The seminars and electives are not included in the CCIFER program but are available according to ESCP conditions.
