Mojo Support Desk: http://www.mojosupportdesk.com/ It is important to look at the Mojo Matrix as a Video Email/Text Marketing Machine. If you consider the steps needed you will understand the steps necessary to create a Messaging System that is powerful that will pin point your audience.

It is beneficial to run your Mojo Matrix using the FireFox Browser, it will optimize your screens for the Once you are logged into your Matrix account you will find that there are several Tabs to the top of the page that will help you complete the creation of your Drip or Blast Email/Text Delivery. You will be able to navigate by using these Tabs and its drop down box and selecting the Task in which you wish you complete. It is also helpful to visit your Settings to insure that your email address is set up correctly. This function is located on the Top Right Corner of your Log In Screen. I. Media Tab - your Video Library View Manage Videos (your library of videos) Upload Videos Image Manger (your library of images) Manage Video Pages (screens that your videos are attached to) A. Manage Video Pages The Video Page(s) are the template(s) that your video will be played on- think of it as the screen that your clients will see. The Video Pages can be changed by using the Edit Function. We recommend that you Copy the templates that are in your account prior to changing. Remember to re-title them before your close out of your editing process. 2 Video Templates are pre-loaded into your account Action Buttons ( View / Edit / Copy) You are able to customize and link your video page to your social media sites and add text. You must be in the Edit function to Edit your Video Page. You can check your changes or links by using the View function.

B. Upload Videos This simple function is quick and easy! Just follow the steps on this Tab to up load your recorded Videos. It is recommended that you upload no more than 3 videos at a time, that way you can work in other areas of your Matrix while the upload process is taking place. Save your video on your desktop so that you can find it easily. Click the Browse function, there it will ask you to find where you have saved the video you wish you upload. If you have saved it on your desktop; click your desktop and then select your video. Select the correct Video Page that corresponds with your client and video. Then Click Submit Video. - This process should take just a few minutes, dependant upon how long your Video is.

Once your Video has been uploaded, you will be brought to your Video Library Page otherwise known as View Manage Videos. C. Image Manager Under this sub-tab, you can store all your Pictures, Images and other Still type media. Image Manager - select/find the Icon that looks like a Floppy Disk on the Tool Bar. (Upload Files) You can now browse your computer for the image that you would like to import into your Matrix by clicking Choose Files Once selecting click OK Your Image will now import into your Image File

II. Campaign Tab - your Message and Campaign Library View Drip Campaigns Create a Drip Campaign Subscribe List to Drip Campaign View All Messages Create A Message Send / Schedule Blast View Scheduled Blast Queue View Scheduled Drip Queue This area is where you begin creating your messages and build your campaigns for your Matrix. Please note that you can change the appearance by using the handy templates provided, check it out later when you become a Matrix Pro! Now you are looking at the template that you will begin creating your message. We suggest you keep your message short and to the point, and let the Video send the information. You can insert a Custom Field into your Message, and customize each message by inserting a command that will populate your clients first or last name, just by selecting a Custom Field in the drop down box to the left of your message that you are working on. Now you can begin to write the rest of your message and add your video! Type and edit your content just like you would within a normal word processing program. Its just that Simple! Insert your Video by selecting your Video from your Video Library, Click

Insert Video button on the left side of the message. To insert a screenshot of your video, select the corresponding image in your Image Manager. This can be done by clicking on the Tree Icon on the tool bar of your Message. -- For those DFY clients; Mojo will create your screenshots for your Mojo produced videos. For DIY customers, please see the Screenshot Section below. When selecting your Image, you may want to re-size it, we recommend changing the size by clicking the Appearance Tab and change the dimensions to 420 and allow to auto calculate the size. Now you are ready to begin linking your Screenshot, to your video. Highlight your Video and select the Chain Icon on your message tool bar. Copy (control c) the URL that appears and then click Cancel Now Highlight your Screenshot and click the Chain Icon again.
