Lunar Calendar 2014 The full moon means the fullness of spiritual power. It is a period of intensified energy, inspiration and intuition rise. The symbolism of the moon is complex. In general, represents the feminine power, the Mother Goddess, the inner knowledge, the irrational, intuitive and subjective. The moon is associated with fantasy and imagination, is the queen of the night, has a regulatory role in fertility cycles, tides, rain, water and seasons, and thus is an intercessor between heaven and earth.

LUNAR CALENDAR 2014 - PLANET AGUA www.planetagua.org Texts and Photos of Alvaro H. Pescador Phillip Island, Victoria, Australia Meditation at the time of the full moon is an important form of integration, a technique for effective contact with light and love. When we see the full moon, this is located on the opposite side of the Earth, away from the sun. This allows for a full, direct and unhindered energy flow between the Earth and the Sun, source of our life, consciousness and energy. At the same time, the moon reflects as much light as possible on the planet then. Full moon time is the tide of spiritual energies. One of the oldest traditions in the history of human rituals is the equinoxes celebration. During the equinoxes the amount of light reaching the planet is the same in the northern and southern hemispheres. The arrival of spring is the archetypal victory of light over darkness. In the most varied traditions, whether in the Judeo-Christian, Scandinavian, in ancient Egypt, Mayan and Celtic astronomy, as well as the mysticism of ancient China, the rebirth of spring was ritually commemorated without exception. The Autumn Equinox is an opportunity to celebrate the harvest of the soul. At the end of the summer, wheat harvest has given us our daily bread, we celebrate the harvest of life, wine harvest and the harvest of trees that offered their fruits and wood in abundance; some were turned into firewood for lighting, cooking and household sewing in cold areas; fishing is abundant in spring and summer when the weather is better. The perfect balance and equality on a global scale energy basis that happens at the equinoxes is adequate for meditating in our consciousness of equality. We are equal in the North and South, in the East and West. Jews and Muslims, French and Germans, Russians and North Americans, Christians and Pagans, we are all human beings, we share the same planet. It is the same sun that enlightens us equally during the equinoxes. It's the same night, the same moon that shines in the sky for all. We can meditate with equality awareness during the equinoxes, sending vibrations of love, for world peace. In the National Park of the Snowy Mountains, from the Santa Isabel glacier, the Otun Lagoon is conformed, giving rise in turn to the Otun River, which carries water to farms where the Colombian coffee is grown, a basin inhabited by one million people in the region of Pereira-Two streams. Due to global warming, the glacier of Santa Isabel has decreased by 50% compared to its size on 1990. It has left as many years of life. The future of the lagoon, and the river, is uncertain. Something similar can be said all around the world. Visit www.planetagua.org, we can contribute to build a society that takes care of the planet where we live.
