3 Participation/team quotas Each national federation: 3 males and 3 females in each category. The host federation: 6 males and 6 females in each category. The first 10 women and men listed on the WR at the registration deadline and those placed first in the latest world championship and the latest youth continental championship and who fulfill the age requirement in accordance with article 7.1.3, shall have a status of extra-quota competitors and can bi registered on top of the quota stated above. Any other supplementary participants need to be approved by the IFSC according to the rules.

5 Travel/tourist information Information about visa: Please send an email to fedme@fedme.es if an invitation letter is needed. Arriving by plane: Nearest airport is Barcelona Airport. There are daily flights across Europe with mostly all of the airlines. From Barcelona Prat Airport to the city center the best and cheapest way is the Aerobus. Other nearby airports: Girona Airport with direct train connections to Barcelona. Arriving by car: Barcelona is well connected by motorways with France and the rest of Europe.
