15 Our communication with you Irrespective of the size of the block we are managing, we believe that communication is the key to getting things agreed and done. As we are a small team, you are guaranteed of being able to speak to someone who can help and who will have a knowledge of the issues. From taking a call, to liaising with specialist contractors, organising meetings, distributing letters and notices, efficient communication enables the smooth running of all services. We issue regular updates to clients and individual leaseholders, including a bi-annual newsletter with generic and specific information relating to each block.
