4 Your guarantee of service As a landlord you might like to ask: Q: What to you get for your money? A: Actually quite a bit more than you might think. We collect you rent and pay it to you. That bit might seem obvious but did you know we also do the following - We can prepare a detailed inventory with colour photos to protect yourself in case of the need to claim back some of the deposit due to breakages or damage. We conduct regular inspections to make sure the tenant is looking after the property correctly and provide written reports. Quality we can guarantee We back up our service guarantees by having our own procedures in the rare event of a complaint. Any complaint we receive will be acknowledged within 10 working days and fully investigated with 25 working days. As members of the independent redress, The Property Ombudsman Scheme, we always strive to vigorously follow their approved code of conduct. If you have any questions about how this works please don t hesitate to ask. We can handle and problems with tenants that may fall into arrears by calling them, writing to them and calling in person if required. We will always advise you on the latest rules and Regulations that affect you as a landlord. I have always been very happy with your service
