That bit might seem obvious but did you know we also do the following - We can prepare a detailed inventory with colour photos to protect yourself in case of the need to claim back some of the deposit due to breakages or damage. We conduct regular inspections to make sure the tenant is looking after the property correctly and provide written reports. Quality we can guarantee We back up our service guarantees by having our own procedures in the rare event of a complaint. Any complaint we receive will be acknowledged within 10 working days and fully investigated with 25 working days. As members of the independent redress, The Property Ombudsman Scheme, we always strive to vigorously follow their approved code of conduct. If you have any questions about how this works please don t hesitate to ask. We can handle and problems with tenants that may fall into arrears by calling them, writing to them and calling in person if required.
