APPLICATION PROCEDURES Completed application forms with nonrefundable RM 1,000 registration fee made payable to Limkokwing University of Creative Technology International Sdn. Bhd. Upfront payment of RM 1,900 Visa processing & other fees payable to EMGS for facilitating visa application Certified true copy of High School results Certified true copy of Higher Education results (if applicable) English Language proficiency certificate (if applicable) 6 Passport size photographs with white background (3.5cm X 5cm) 2 set of Passport copy (all pages to be copied in A4 paper), passport photo page (face) should be clearly visible and color copies. Minimum of 1.5 years passport validity CV (applicable to those above 25 years old) VISA INFORMATION: Once registered an acceptance letter will be sent out to successful applicants. The University submits an application to EMGS (Ministry of Higher Education) department for processing of the student visa. An approval letter will be sent to the student once visa has been granted by Immigration. Approximate visa application processing time is 14 working days UPON ARRIVAL IN MALAYSIA Student required to do medical check-up with designated clinic appointed by EMGS Upon receiving satisfactory health report, EMGS will request immigration to endorse multiple entry student visa (valid for 1 year) Student will be able to enrol upon fulfilling all the above requirement *Please take note that students are NOT allowed to enter to Malaysia as a tourist and get admission for studies.
