(The last thing you want is to have this instructor drive over to your house and start insulting you!) We need to focus on how they are currently trying to get more clients. We see that they have a pretty basic Facebook page (not Timeline ready), and they are also using a QR code. However, I am sure you will agree that this is not the most user friendliest website in the world but

If you have purchased a few of my past WSOs I extensively talk about Facebook marketing since this WSO is not about Facebook I will just scratch the surface here. The first thing we need to ask ourselves the question. How is this business generating leads for their website? If we take a look at their contact link http://www.practicaldrivingschool.co.uk/contact.ht m the owner has used a basic form on their website.

So how can we rescue this business owner? How can we contact this offline business to offer them a lead generation service? Before I show you I will show you how to come up with a simple lead generating strategy to offer to a local business owner.
Forming a Lead Generation Strategy WSO Offline Lead Profits 11 The first thing you need to do before anything else is form a lead generation strategy for the business owner. The main thing you need to do is decide on how you are going to focus in generating these leads for the Local driving instructor. Here are all the different options. PPC Using Facebook Ads Targeting Local people who want to learn how to drive Organic search engine marketing Register a good keyword rich domain name, get it on the first page and promote the page, gather the leads and then sell the leads to the business owner Flyer Marketing Set up a local flyer marketing campaign your local area so people can come on to your website and opt in. Squeeze Page Use a squeeze page and start promoting it through classified ads, online forums, social media etc.

The Driving instructor covers the whole area of Birmingham more or less so it would be wise to pick a domain name that would help to rank on the search engines. Looking at the research tools Google Keyword Tool this keyword generates quite a lot of searches.

When it comes to content you can add the following:- Articles Videos Images (stock photos) Opt in Form You can outsource the entire content creation on Fiverr. I know several SEO experts who can get your site on the first page. If you want me to tell you more then simply contact me. However, having said this there are several high quality Fiverr Gigs you can use to give your site a boost in the search engines. From my experience the best way to get your site showing on Google is with articles and backlinks. The more relevant articles and backlinks you have the higher your site will climb in the search engines. However, you do not need to wait for your site to start showing up on Google. In this case the clients are going to be Driving Instructors I am going to pass leads on to them using my online marketing techniques. Forums The first place to generate good leads is to go on driving related forums. Here you will find people who will be interested in driving and want to find any driving schools in their local area. One of the main forums I use to find students who will be interested in driving is http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/forum.php There are a lot of students who use this forum and there are students who want to learn how to drive. This forum has nearly 1 million members, and is a very active forum.

Once you find a section on a forum that would be ideal to generate leads all you need to do firstly is to contribute and get involved in a discussion. The first thing I do is look for questions that would relate to your aim. So for example, take a look at the screenshot below and you will see I have highlighted the relevant questions.

This is why forums are excellent for generating opt ins if you do it the RIGHT way WITHOUT spamming! Why do you think so many people are giving away FREE stuff on the Warrior Forum? I usually type in the keyword on Google and then type in something like Plumbers Forum and this immediately gives me the results of all the relevant forums in my country. So for example, if you are going to focus on USA offline clients then you can type in something like plumbers USA Forums.
Yahoo Answers WSO Offline Lead Profits 26 Another brilliant resource you can tap into is Yahoo Answers. Here people are always asking questions in relation to almost anything! The cool thing about Yahoo Answers is that it allows you to answer questions and then give a link to a URL (that changes into a hyper link). I am not aware of the rates for your local newspaper but you can ask them to create an ad for you.

He has also left his cell phone number. Would it hurt to send him an SMS with a link to your website and get him to opt in? Of course not! (more on classified sites later in this WSO). Approaching Offline Clients WSO Offline Lead Profits 31 In this section I am going to show you how to go about approaching offline clients and offering them your lead generation service. Let s focus on the client above. Please refer to swipe file 1. In this swipe file you should notice that I have used the backdoor free approach. This involves offering your potential offline client FREE leads so they won t say no to you later on. By offering them 5 free leads you are putting your money where your mouth is and showing them that you are confident in your service. I have used this strategy a lot of times with great results. I always get clients saying yes to this. You can use the swipe file and simply hand it to your outsourcer they can email your client on Facebook or via their website. Or if you know any good cold callers (and I have wrote a WSO on outsourcing) you can always hire

The Drip Method Approach The other approach I have used and I have had good results with is called the Drip method. This method involves going to classified websites such as Craigslist.org or Gumtree and looking for Driving Instructors who have advertised their service. There are some marketing consultants out there charging ridiculous money for leads. I usually offer leads at $20 a pop. (Being in the UK I would charge 20.00). Here is a service that is charging just 2.79 per lead. You can hire people to start contacting offline clients and offer your lead generation service 2. Or you can hire people to start getting people to your squeeze page i.e. target people who want to learn how to drive I think the second option is easy because all you need is opt ins to your opt in form page on your website and then once you have those opt ins you simply pass on these leads to business owners.
