Application and Registration process description ISAE Masters website: http://masters.isae.fr/en ISAE Advanced Masters website: http://masteres-specialises.isae.fr/en/ 1. Check the admission sessions schedule on ISAE Masters website (Application -> Admission schedule) 2. Check the financial aid information on ISAE Masters website (Financing -> Financial Aid) 3. Apply online for the Masters programs, pay the application fees and validate 4. Apply online for the Scholarships programs and validate 5. Check the admission results date of your admission session Masters admission results will appear on the Choice page of your application account. If you are not admitted you cannot apply again on the same year. If you are admitted, you will receive an admission letter by email and post mail. After receiving your admission letter you will have a deadline to confirm your admission. 6. Connect your application account and fill in the new pages 7. Confirm your admission by paying the 1,000 deposit and validate If you don t pay the 1,000 deposit before the deadline, your admission is automatically canceled and your seat will be available for the other applicants on the next admission session. If you pay the 1,000 deposit before the deadline and validate your registration file, you are fully registered at ISAE-SUPAERO. You will receive registration letter and accommodation information by email and post mail. 8. Book your room as soon as possible (inside or outside Campus)

1. Enter your Personal Data in accordance with your passport or identity card 2. Click in button to validate data and switch to next page
1. Enter your Higher Education Background Data 2. In Main Field of study column enter your degree domain (Electronics, Mechanics, Aerospace, Physics, etc.) 3. In Degree achieved or in progress enter your degree title (Bachelor of eng., Bachelor of tech., Master of science, etc.) and the date of ending 4. Enter the complete professional address of the persons who are recommending you (the same as indicated in your recommendation letters) 5. In Current situation section select your position between Student, Employed (only stable employment and not part time job), Non-Employed or Other 6. Enter your GRE score if available 7. Click in button to validate data and switch to next page
1. Enter your Languages data 2. In Foreign Language section Name of institution column enter the name of institution where you passed your language test 3. Click in button to validate data and switch to next page
1. Enter your Funding data (ex : Government / Scholarship / point of contact if available or blank if not) 2. Enter the other universities you are applying for 3. Select item to explain how you find out about ISAE 4. Click in button to validate funding data and switch to next page
1. Upload the required documents 2. Select item between curriculum vitae, cover letter, letter of recommendation, copies of transcripts, copies of degrees, English language certificate, identity card or passport or other 3. Find on your disk the document according to the item selected 4. Click in to upload it Warning! All documents have to be a copy of official documents (signed by professors/manager for recommendation letters, signed and stamped by university for others, signed by yourself in case of cover letter) You have to upload 2 different letters of recommendation. It means you have to select twice letter of recommendation item and upload letters You have to upload your 3-4 years Bachelor degree marks (2 years Master degree marks) You have to upload the last higher degrees only (Bachelor and/or Master degree). It could be a copy of your official degree or a provisional degree or a certificate of current attendance at school
5. appears in green color if all documents required are uploaded. Documents missing appear in red color 6. Switch to Validation page when all documents uploaded and appears
1. To pay online click in 2. To pay by bank transfer click in to download the Application payment form 3. Upload your proof of payment by selecting the pdf file (the file you have received after online payment or the receipt of your bank after transfer operation)

Incomplete application files and files without application fees payment, won t be considered should appear at the end of page to enable the validation button If appears go back to Background page to provide information about the persons who recommend you 2.
