Qualifications / Certificates Required Registered Nurse (RN) Division 2, holding current practicing certificate in the state of Victoria 6. Key Responsibilities Acts under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to provide safe and competent nursing care in the clinical area to which he/she is assigned. To work collaboratively with other health team members in the delivery of care. To accurately, clearly and promptly communicate to the NUM all aspects of patient care, changes to staff/patient needs or potential/actual hazards to a safe working environment according to stated policies and ethico-legal standards.
