Employee and Family Discount Program Usage Policy & Guidelines Purpose The Wyndham Hotel Group Employee and Family Discount Program is intended to provide the owners and employees of franchised hotel properties the opportunity to receive a 40% discount at properties within the Wyndham Hotel Group (WHG) portfolio of brands, including Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Ramada, Days Inn, Super 8, Wingate by Wyndham, Baymont Inn & Suites, Microtel Inns & Suites, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham, Howard Johnson, Travelodge, Knights Inn, Dream and Night. Eligibility In addition to Wyndham Worldwide Corporate associates, all current owners and employees of the above WHG hotel brands, including full and part-time employees at all domestic and international locations, are eligible for the 40% employee discount upon commencement of employment. The immediate family members of hotel employees are also eligible to receive this benefit. Immediate family members are classified as spouse, domestic partner, child, sibling, parent and parent-in-law. Please note that third-party vendors, consultants and other franchisee business partners are not eligible to receive this discount. Rate Plan Information Please see below for the Standard Rate Plan (SRP) code for the Franchisee Employee and Family Discount Rate. DISWEMP Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Dream and Night. SED all other WHG brands o This includes Ramada, Days Inn, Super 8, Wingate by Wyndham, Baymont Inn & Suites, Microtel Inns & Suites, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham, Howard Johnson, Travelodge, and Knights Inn, Franchisee Employee Rate: Rate Type: Rate Name: Room Type: Inventory Allocation: Restrictions: 40% discount off of the Rate of the Day for all brands Discount SRP Wyndham Hotel Group Employee and Family Discount Rate All standard room types should be made available under these SRPs. Upgraded rooms may be made available based upon availability and at the discretion of the individual hotel property All hotels are required to allocate a minimum of two rooms to the DISWEMP/SED SRPs Your property may reserve the right to black out the employee discount rate during high occupancy periods due to special events etc. Assistance Please check the details of your SED rate code in your PMS (DISWEMP for Wyndham Hotels and Resorts). If you require assistance to update your SED or DISWEMP rate code, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts should email electronicdistribution@wyndham.com or call (888) 799-4747 in North America or (506) 694-1990 internationally. All other domestic brands should email hotel.distribution@wyn.com or call (800) 533-4532. All other International locations should email hotel.international@wyn.com or call (506) 640-8993. 2

Reservation Booking Process Employees must utilize the process outlined below in order to book a reservation. Employees are required to make reservations on behalf of immediate family members. Reservations may be made up to 365 days in advance of travel date. If travel plans change, the employee is responsible for cancelling the reservation. Hotel cancellation and no-show policies will apply to the employee and family members. Please note there are two separate reservation booking processes based on whether or not employees have access to MyPortal. Employees with MyPortal Access 1.) Log into MyPortal 2.) Navigate to the booking icon located on the Employee Rate Reservations and Vouchers landing page under the Tools section. 3.) Follow the instructions outlined on the landing page. Employees without MyPortal Access 1.) For reservations, o U.S., Canada and Caribbean-based employees should call (800) 528-3297. o Employees based in Mexico should call (800) 854-7854. o Employees based in all other global locations should call (800) 854-78544. 2.) Once the reservation is complete, employees should write down the confirmation number. Once the reservation is confirmed, the employee must then complete the Employee and Family Discount Voucher prior to travel dates. Vouchers may be accessed by logging on to MyPortal and navigating to the Employee Rate Reservations & Voucher landing page under the Tools section. Employees who do not have MyPortal access should coordinate directly with their property management. The general manager of the property must sign the voucher in order for it to be redeemed. Check-In Process Employees and/or immediate family members will be required to present a completed Employee and Family Discount Voucher upon check-in. Your property may reserve the right to refuse to honor the discounted rate if the voucher is not presented. All vouchers have an expiration date of the last day of the current year. The expiration date must be later than or equal to the check-in date. Once you have collected the voucher, you may choose to discard it or keep it for your files. There is no requirement to return the vouchers to Wyndham Hotel Group. Exclusions Employees and immediate family members are responsible for all room, tax and incidental charges. Employees are not eligible for additional discounts related to on-site services and activities, including spa services, telephone, laundry, food & beverage, valet parking, transportation and recreational activities that are not available to regular hotel guests. All charges incurred must be settled upon checkout. 3

Discount Rate Restrictions - This discounted rate is not currently available for TRYP by Wyndham, Planet Hollywood properties. - This rate does not qualify for Wyndham Rewards. - The employee rate cannot be booked directly with the property. - Employees may not book more than two reservations at one time for the same hotel for the same arrival and departure pattern. - The maximum length of stay eligible for the discount is seven nights for all brands. - The discounted rates are based on availability. - There is no limit on the number of times an employee may use the discount rate program. - 40% discount is available across all brands with a minimum rate of $25. - The hotel reserves the right to black out the employee discount rate during high occupancy periods due to special events etc. Employee Conduct Employees and their immediate family members are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous, respectful and professional manner when visiting another hotel or resort property. All employees and family members are expected to fully comply with all established hotel policies, including non-smoking and pet policies. Employees should seek only those services and courtesies that would normally be extended to a regular hotel guest and should only frequent areas that are specifically designated for guests. Frequently Asked Questions Q: How is this program different from the previous employee discount program? A: Previously, employees were only able to receive discounted rates within their own brand. This comprehensive global program enables all owners and employees to enjoy a 40% discount on stays at hotels and resorts throughout the WHG portfolio, including Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Ramada, Days Inn, Super 8, Wingate by Wyndham, Baymont Inn & Suites, Microtel Inns & Suites, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham, Howard Johnson, Travelodge, Knights Inn, Dream and Night. Q: Is my property required to offer the Franchisee Employee and Family Discount Rate? A: Yes. Every property is required to offer the employee discount rate of 40% off the Rate of the Day. The minimum inventory required for the rate is two rooms per night. Wyndham Hotel Group recommends allocating 100% of your standard room inventory to the employee discount rate to maximize visibility and occupancy at your property. Q: May I change the employee discount rate to be more or less than 40%? A: No. The employee discount rate must be loaded at 40% at all times. Q: How many rooms am I required to allocate to the employee discount rate? A: There is a two room allocation requirement per day. Q: May I block out the franchisee employee discount rate during high occupancy periods due to peak travel or special events? A: Yes. You may black out the discount rate during high occupancy dates at your property. However, the use of the blackout dates should be used sparingly and only on dates when you anticipate very high occupancy. Q: Am I required to honor the employee discount if the employee or family member staying at my property does no present the Employee and Family Discount Voucher at check in? A: No. If the employee or family member fails to produce a signed voucher at check-in then you are only required to provide the best available rate of the day.
