Should an AutoCare Center desire to get their NSA site up and running now they can call 877-642-3555 and they will be glad to get their site up and running. Customizable Business Information Add picture of facility, business logo or link to a URL Rotating Article Rotating Easy-to-Understand Consumer Tip Each time a user logs in, as well as each time a user clicks on a repair or preventive maintenance topic, the featured article changes under the More Information category and a brief consumer Did you know? tip is also displayed. The More Information title in the above example is Severe Service Maintenance Schedule for Anytown Owners and the Did you know? article discusses in this example a consumer tip for windshield wipers. These rotating messages are designed to improve the Search Engine Optimization of the site.

In this example, we are going to click on the Cabin Air Filter text under the Preventive Maintenance category.

There are two parts shown in the above example, an animation of how the Cabin Air Filter works, as well as an instructional video presentation. Overview - NAPA Service Assistant Logging Into My NSA Site for Editing Clicking the Login text under the More Information category will allow the user to customize their business information and more. The user simply clicks on the Login text to log in.

Account Home Screen Usage Account Home: Overview - NAPA Service Assistant Clicking on this icon will take the user back to the Account Home screen. Blog: Clicking on this icon will launch the user s NSA site in a new window. Clicking on this icon will launch the Update Blog Header page below. From this screen, the user can insert a customer logo or include a URL in their Blog Header. After they update their header, clicking the Account Home icon with return them to the main Account Home screen.

Once completed,
clicking the Update button will update their NSA site and will return them to the main Account Home screen. Overview - NAPA Service Assistant Account Home Screen Usage (Continued) Account: Clicking this icon will launch the following posting page below: This form is used to allow NSA to publish updates directly to a users Twitter and/or Facebook accounts. When using this service, the user s Twitter status or Facebook wall will be updated every time the user receives a new post from NSA. When done with this page, clicking Account Home icon will return them to the main Account Home screen.
