Overview - NAPA Service Assistant Getting Started The AutoNetTV team will be contacting every AutoCare Center in a planned rollout. Should an AutoCare Center desire to get their NSA site up and running now they can call 877-642-3555 and they will be glad to get their site up and running. Main Page View Below is a larger view of the screen grab of the demo site: The header is customizable that would include complete business information and will include the NAPA AutoCare logo instead of the NAPA Service Assistant logo. The left-hand navigation bar currently includes the following topics with video and animation: Repair Category Air Conditioning, Alternator, Axles, Battery, Check Engine Light, Disc Brakes, Drum Brakes, Exhaust, Headlamps, Shocks & Struts, Suspension, Tire Pressure Monitoring System, Water Pump and Wheel Bearings. Preventive Maintenance Category Alignment, Cabin Air Filter, Cooling System, Differential Service, Engine Air Filter, Fuel System, Oil Change, Power Brakes, Serpentine Belt, Spark Plugs, Steering, Timing Belt, Tire Rotation & Balancing, Transfer Case Service, Transmission and Windshield Wipers. More Information Category Home (links back to the main NSA page), Articles, Contact Us, Email Video To a Friend, Login (to the edit page), and rotating topics (Transmission article is currently displayed and features as a Did you know? segment highlight an easy-to-understand consumer tip at the bottom of the page).

Overview - NAPA Service Assistant Customizable Main Page View The following demonstrates the customizable features for each AutoCare Center. Customizable Business Information Add picture of facility, business logo or link to a URL Rotating Article Rotating Easy-to-Understand Consumer Tip Each time a user logs in, as well as each time a user clicks on a repair or preventive maintenance topic, the featured article changes under the More Information category and a brief consumer Did you know? tip is also displayed. The More Information title in the above example is Severe Service Maintenance Schedule for Anytown Owners and the Did you know? article discusses in this example a consumer tip for windshield wipers. These rotating messages are designed to improve the Search Engine Optimization of the site.

Overview - NAPA Service Assistant Video / Animation Example The following demonstrates what is displayed when clicking on a repair or preventive maintenance topic in the left-hand navigation area. In this example, we are going to click on the Cabin Air Filter text under the Preventive Maintenance category.

Overview - NAPA Service Assistant Video / Animation Example (Continued) When clicking on the Cabin Air Filter text, the screen displays the following: In this example, notice that the Did you know? consumer tip also changed to support the Cabin Air Filter selection, providing talking points for the Service Advisor at the shop or providing consumers a quick tip on the Cabin Air Filter category online. There are two parts shown in the above example, an animation of how the Cabin Air Filter works, as well as an instructional video presentation. Both use easy-to-understand consumer terms for better education of the topic. Horizontal Vertical

Overview - NAPA Service Assistant Logging Into My NSA Site for Editing Clicking the Login text under the More Information category will allow the user to customize their business information and more. The user simply clicks on the Login text to log in.

Overview - NAPA Service Assistant Logging Into My NSA Site for Editing (Continued) When logging in, the following login page will appear: The user then enters their user name and password as provided to them by the NSA administrator and clicks Login. This will result in the following Account Home page to appear:

Account Home Screen Usage Account Home: Overview - NAPA Service Assistant Clicking on this icon will take the user back to the Account Home screen. Blog: Clicking on this icon will launch the user s NSA site in a new window. Clicking on this icon will launch the Update Blog Header page below. From this screen, the user can insert a customer logo or include a URL in their Blog Header. After they update their header, clicking the Account Home icon with return them to the main Account Home screen.

Account Home Screen Usage (Continued) Account: Overview - NAPA Service Assistant Clicking on this icon will launch the Content Generation Form below: This form is used to assist the user to customize their content on their site to make it more personal, relate to their business and create additional URL links that point to their customized website. Once completed,

clicking the Update button will update their NSA site and will return them to the main Account Home screen. Overview - NAPA Service Assistant Account Home Screen Usage (Continued) Account: Clicking this icon will launch the following posting page below: This form is used to allow NSA to publish updates directly to a users Twitter and/or Facebook accounts. When using this service, the user s Twitter status or Facebook wall will be updated every time the user receives a new post from NSA. When done with this page, clicking Account Home icon will return them to the main Account Home screen.

Account Home Screen Usage (Continued) Account: Overview - NAPA Service Assistant Clicking this icon will launch the Edit Account Info page below: This form is used to either Auto or Manually Approve postings, update address information or cancelling the NSA account for an AutoCare Center. When clicking on the Update Account Information button, the system will return you to the Account Home page.

Account Home Screen Usage (Continued) How-To: Overview - NAPA Service Assistant Clicking on this icon brings up the NSA Social Media Training page that includes four specialized training presentations along with exams to assist the user with social media marketing. The system even tracks the progress of each lesson.
