In addition to the riteria ontained in 17.134.050, these onditionally ermitted ground floor roosals must also meet eah o f t h e following riteria: a. b.. This requirement inludes, but is not limited to: vehiles stored before and after serviing, general storage, vehile and other reair, and automotive leaning. Auto fee arking is ermitted uon the granting of onditional use ermit (see hater 17.134 for the U roedure) if it is loated in either a arking struture that is at least three stories high or in a below grade arking lot. Auto fee arking is otherwise rohibited. LI 1 ^nnekarnot ermitted: LnS.
