If you are using an existing domain from another registrar with your Sprint SaaS appliations or servies some basi information will also be inluded in Produtivity Marketplae. This doument inludes information about the following topis: How an I view a list of my domains Changing domains from an outside registrar to Sprint Using Existing Domains Cheking Domain Status How an I view a list of my domains in Produtivity Marketplae? To view a list of your domains in Produtivity Marketplae, first aess Produtivity Marketplae from your online aount. One you have aessed Produtivity Marketplae, lik the Home tab and then lik on Domains. Selet the domain you want to view by liking on the domain name link in Original Domain Name olumn. The following information will be displayed: Original Domain Name: The domain name entered on registration. Tehnial Domain Name: The domain name sent to registrar. Domain Status: Current status of a domain: Prepared: ordered but not registered yet. Registered: registered, full sope of operations available. Caneled: domain subsription anelled. In Proessing: some operation over a domain is in progress. Most of domain operations are not possible in this status. Expired: domain subsription period is over;renewal is needed. Note: Remember, domains are required for some SaaS appliations and servies, inluding Mirosoft Offie 365 and Google Apps for Business produts and servies. 1

2 Changing Domains The next series of sreen examples provide guidane for hanging a domain that was registered outside of Sprint. In this example the domain is being transferred to be used with a new Sprint subsription of Mirosoft Offie 365. To begin, first aess Produtivity Marketplae from your online sprint.om aount. Selet Domain from the Produtivity Marketplae home page. 2

3 Selet Add Existing Domain Registered elsewhere. Add your domain name and lik Next. You ll see the new Domain. To omplete your inquiry, onfirm your domain by seleting Finish. 3

4 Now your domain is available to add for use with your Mirosoft Offie 365 subsription! Your order is sent to Mirosoft for provisioning and to validate that you own the ordered domain. One the servie is provisioned, you will reeive a Welome Letter for Mirosoft Offie 365. (Note: The same proess for Google Apps for Business.) To hek the status of your domain transfer an the CNAME onfiguration, aess your Mirosoft Offie 365 subsription and selet Settings as shown below. 4

5 CNAME reords are ritial provisioning reords that are also provided in the Configuration setion as shown below. Aess them by seleting Settings. See Domains Basis for a definition. 5

6 Using Existing Domains You an utilize existing domains with the Produtivity Marketplae too. While Sprint an failitate ordering and ativating new domains on your behalf, you ll need to ontat your urrent registrar in order to properly onnet your aount to Sprint. After you add your domain to your SaaS appliation order, you an add or hange ustom DNS reords for the domain. Let s ontinue with our Mirosoft Offie 365 example. To add or hange ustom DNS reords, you must first aess your SaaS appliation subsription or order. In this ase, Mirosoft Offie 365. Next Add the domain name to Mirosoft Offie 365. Verify that the domain name belongs to you. To do this, add a DNS reord at your domain registrar site, wait for the information to propagate through the DNS system, and then verify that the reord is there. Update your DNS name server reord to point DNS traffi for your domain to the Produtivity Marketplae. After the update is propagated through the DNS system, you an use your Mirosoft Offie 365 servies with your domain name. Mirosoft Offie 365 will now host your DNS after you add your domain, so the required DNS reords for your Mirosoft Offie 365 servies (Mirosoft Exhange Online, Mirosoft SharePoint Online) are onfigured for you. See the Glossary and Appendix for more information regarding Domains and DNS. Limitations: You an add multiple domains to your SaaS appliation, suh as Mirosoft Offie 365 or to Google Apps for Business. However, you an t add the same domain to different Produtivity Marketplae Billing Aount Numbers (BAN) or different subsriptions. For example, when you add your domain to Mirosoft Offie 365, you an't reate another Mirosoft Offie 365 aount and add the same domain name to that aount. Linking existing domains from existing aounts to new aounts The proess below desribes how to onnet existing domains for existing Mirosoft Offie 365 aounts to newly reated Mirosoft Offie 365 Sprint aounts: a. Logon to your domain registrar for target domain and point NS reords to your preferred DNS provider. This will replae the Mirosoft Offie 365 (Mirosoft Offie 365) DNS information. b. Initiate the "Add a domain" proess in Mirosoft Offie 365 for your aount, identifying the domain you plan to move. 6

Add the TXT and/or MX reord to the 3rd party DNS servers for the affeted domain(s) and diret your domains to one of the following loations: 1. ns1.loudservies.sprint.om 2. ns2.loudservies.sprint.om 3. ns3.loudservies.sprint.om About Domain Status On the Domains page, you an view the status of eah of your domain names in Mirosoft Offie 365 or Google Apps for Business. The following table lists the status options for domains. Status Clik to verify domain Ative Verified Pending deletion Definition The domain has been added to your aount, but Mirosoft Offie 365 has not yet verified that you own the domain. You annot use the domain with any of the servies until verifiation is omplete. Clik the status to go verify your domain, or for more information about verifiation, see Add your domain to Mirosoft Offie 365 or Google Apps for Business. The initial domain that is reated when you open your aount has this status. The domain has been suessfully added and Mirosoft Offie 365 or Google has verified that you own it. Mirosoft Offie 365 or Google has started removing the domain, but the removal proess isn t omplete, or there is an issue with removing the domain. For more information, see the Remove a domain setion later in this artile. If your domain status is Verified but you still aren t reeiving on the domain in Mirosoft Offie 365 or Google Apps for Business, ontat Carefree Cloud Customer Support. After you add your domain to Mirosoft Offie 365 or Google Apps for Business, you an hange the default domain for new addresses. 7
