SUMMARY SKYFIRE provides variale versions to meet customers budget and needs. Not all appliacations need a fully equiped high end CNC. We give many options to bring customer most economic and enough performance CNC machines. As a small industrial level CNC, SVM-2 is configured for small production users with both compact size and large working space. It s perfectly fitful to all conditions that require the CNC takes a small room to place or many machines arranged together. SVM-2 can be widely used in workshops, Mold factories, metalworking production lines, labs, CNC educational institutions. Skyfire advocates most optimized features and Industrial Aesthetics everywhere in the designs and build the machines more than a tool. We will try the best to make this machine most valuable to keep. Considering the upgrade possibility, we provides various optional parts and solutions to customers to mostly expend the machine applications and enable any idea users want to realiaze on this machine. KEY FEATURES Supper Rigidity with Upto 550kgs(1200lbs) Casting Iron Structure Structure rigidity is always the foundation of a CNC machine. We have much strongger structure with thick walls and ribs than any other brands to ensure SVM-2 has heavy cutting capacity and no loss of accuracy. The cutting on SVM-2 is always stable even under hard conditions. Supper High Cutting Accuracy and Capacity We always take our machines as industrial level to do real works. So everything we applied on SVM machines are for accurate and efficient material removing. We always provide more cutting accuracy and capacity than other same scale brands. Square H Class Linears with Ground C3 Class Ballscrews, P4 Class Bearings Not like other cheap solutions like dovetail rails or square rails, we always use strong linear rails to make sure long term motion accuracy and enough rigidity. Dovetail rails will wear out easily to lose accuracy. We make sure this will not happen on our machines. Together with H class linears on SVM-2 Standard, we select C3 class ballscrews and P4 class bearings to match the same accuracy level. Support CNC Software Controllers or Equiped with Industrial CNC System As a small industrial scale CNC, SVM-2 Standard is equiped with 4 axis USB controller that can be controlled by MACH3 CNC software. We also can install any industrial CNC control systems like Funuc, Siemens, GSK etc. We provide all these options for users. High Efficiency, Powerful BLDC Spindle Driving System We have ourown developed BLDC driving system for SVM machines. BLDC system gives SVM less head weight but bigger torque than AC motor driving systems. SVM-2 Standard is equiped with 2.2KW BLDC system to provide perfect high speed and low speed milling capacity. We specially enhanced the low speed torque features for rigid tapping applications. Exchangeable High Speed Spindle System for Metal Engraving 2
Sometimes users may want to engrave some 3D molds at the high speed that normal milling spindle can t afford. So we give every SVM machine the exchangeable high speed spindle option to get both milling and engraving capacity. Users can choose this option when need it, but not spend a lot of money for a high speed mechanical spindle system in advance. Upgradeable to QTC, ATC System More and more users need quick and easy tool changging now to improve working efficiency. So we provide QTC and ATC upgrade capacity on our CNC machines. SVM-2 can be easily upgrade to QTC system or ATC system. Upgradeable to 4 Axis, 5 Axis CNC With a 4th/5th axis set, SVM-2 will be easily upgraded to 4 axis/5axis CNC. Machine design has left this capability to upgrade. High torque Stepper Driving System or Optional SERVO Driving System High torque stepper driving system is enough for most appliacations that don t need to worry about losing steps. We have ourown high performance stepper driving system to get reliable motion features. For higher end users, we provide Servo-Stepper system and BLDC Servo system to upgrade.
