02.01 InGEN Functional Modules InGEN Operation Operation It supports business processes related to production planning and plant operation monitoring. It allows plant incidents tracking, service request generation and communication to maintenance management system, power plant availability management and support for shift handover. Communicates the plants with their respective Generation Desks to coordinate scheduled stops and production planning and informs to the System Operator about periods of lack of production. 02.02 InGEN Functional Modules InGEN Maintenance Maintenance InGEN provides support to the Maintenance management processes and activities at the plants. It covers the whole management of the corrective and preventive works, basing the maintenance plan not only in periodical criteria, but in operational conditions, like counters provided by the real time System. It includes the assets management, during the whole life cycle, tracking the maintenance costs per asset, monitoring relevant parameters, and establishing typified alarms with mitigation procedures. It makes easier the location tracking of the material considering the different logistics centers of the supply chain. LIMS integrated module for analyzing the quality of deliveries. It covers the Waste Management (storage in plant and tracking of the wastes until its destruction or revaluation) Measures and Alarms Management Platform CO2 Calculations Waste Management Integrated platform to store environmental information. Interfaces with the different sources of information: Real-Time Systems, Excel, Text file, ftp, etc.. Definition of automatic validation rules.
