ODM is a Plant Mobile Data Management & Decision Support System that helps to facilitate and integrate the manually collected inspection and surveillance data in any industrial facilities. In addition, it helps to monitor and manage the mobile workforce and task more effectively. ODM essentially replace the manual log sheets where data is currently logged manually with the latest technology of mobile devices and ODM-Mobile application. 4 FEATURES HIGHLIGHTS: Field measurement points are systematically organised in a hierarchy format either with or without barcode / RFID referencing via user friendly ODM-Manager tag management tools. User security features enables different user level access control and data collected to be easily traced and referred. User organization hierarchy setup enable supervisor and manager to review and approve their operators data easily. ODM not only allows analog, message / condition strings data, but also includes comments, voice messages, images/pictures and even sketches drawing to be easily recorded. ODM supports batch data entry mode, where multiple tags are being referenced to a master tag, and user is notified to input data for multiple tags in a batch. ODM-Mobile will automatically detect predefined operation mode that will help field operators to log all related inspection points to its default value automatically. The predefined comments feature allows users to record detailed observations of any abnormal events or conditions and to manually trigger the alarm for further action. The ODM-Synch enables bi-direction data transfer & synchronization between the ODM-Mobile and server, either via wireless connection or USB cable. Users are able to download required information into the mobile device for analysis or in-situ machine troubleshooting. The ODM-WebManager web application allows multiple users from respective departments to access to ODM data and information via the internet browser. ODM-OPCServer-DA provides open data connectivity to any OPC Compliant clients. 5 ODM-MOBILE ODM-Mobile is a user-friendly and easy-to-use Windows Mobile application that will guide and help field operator to collect offline field data easily and handle any abnormalities conditions intelligently, with reference to the best practices configured for the plant. ODM-Mobile reduces the amount of time in data collection and improves data accuracy by minimizing human errors. It will validate the data entry and alert user if the data is outside of the operating range or has triggered the preset alarm limits such as deviation/hihi/hi/lo/lolo. Alarm can be intentionally triggered by field operators too, in order to have the managers attentions for further discussion. In addition, the ODM-Mobile will provide corrective action guides and advices to the field workers when an alarm or specified condition is triggered. The data from the ODM-Mobile can be synchronized via ODM- Synch, which converts the data into meaningful information to respective departments such as operations, maintenance, engineering and safety.
