Multimedia Services at ETH Most events nowadays, be it conference, workshop or seminar, require professional multimedia support. ITS-Multimedia Services offer comprehensive audio/ video solutions for any event. We provide the following services to ensure a successful event: Recording The recording of lectures, panels and conference keynotes has become increasingly popular both with active participants and especially with those unable to attend. Besides the simple combination of audio and presentation, we can also record speakers together with their presentations. The latter is an excellent way of personalizing your video and visually enhancing your event. Publication of recordings is via the ETH Zurich Multimedia Portal. Other distribution channels are available upon request.
Auditorium-auditorium transmission If you expect a large audience at your event, live video transmission from auditorium to auditorium is possible from most lecture halls. www.id.ethz.ch/services/list/mms_pd_event/hoersaal_en Videoconferencing Videoconferencing is the perfect solution for incorporating external participants into your event, whether for presentations or discussions. Auditorium technician Successful realization of an event depends on many factors. Our auditorium technicians are available to assist with all presentation technology, be it computer, microphone or auditorium infrastructure. Auditorium equipment (microphones etc.) In case your requirements reach beyond standard auditorium facilities we provide additional microphones as well as projectors and speakers. For all our services we recommend early booking so that we can clarify your requirements.
Rates The following rates apply during our standard opening hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Outside these opening hours rates are 100. /125. CHF per hour. Recording 1) automatic recording computer signal and audio in equipped rooms* 2) semi-automatic recording computer signal and audio 3) full recording including audio and video of speaker 25.
