Mr. Pearce serves as the principal Embassy advisor on dual-use export control issues, interfacing with regional governments and industry and conducting pre-license and post shipment verifications of U.S. goods and technology. This is Mr. Pearce s second overseas tour, having served previously as the ECO in Moscow, Russia from 2004 to 2007.
