Adding An Audio Profile To An Adobe Connect Account This How-To Guide will walk through the process of adding an Audio Profile to a Host account within Adobe Connect. The Audio Profile will allow the Host to use an integrated phone system within the Adobe Connect rooms. This will allow participants to join the meeting if they do not have a microphone and speakers available. MeetingOne Conference Room Number The MeetingOne Conference Room Number and the Host Access Code will be assigned to each individual Host by the assigned UTHSC Adobe Team. Place the information in the appropriate text boxes once the information has been assigned. NOTE: All users are being assigned one call-in number. Only one Adobe Connect session may use the call-in number at any give time. Please contact your UTHSC Adobe Team if you are running two sessions simultaneously using one Adobe Connect account. Profile List Once the Profile has been saved it will be listed under the Profile Information area. Three pieces of information will be displayed: Audio Profile name, Provider name and Profile Status. Editing An Audio Profile The only items that can be edited are the items that were added when the Profile was created. These items includes: Profile Name, MeetingOne Conference Room Number, Host Access Code, and Profile Status. Select the Save button after making any changes. Delete A Profile A Profile can be deleted by selecting the profile name from the list of Profiles, if there is more than one profile, and selecting the Delete button. Select the New Profile button to create an additional profile or a new profile after the old profile has been deleted. Associate the Audio Profile The next step is to associate the new Audio Profile to a Connect Meeting Room. Select the Meetings tab in the upper left corner. Audio Conference Details The newly added Audio Profile will displayed within the Audio Conference Details area of the Meeting Room Information area.
