IGE113 Communicative English III 3 (3-0-6) Practice and extend listening, speaking reading and writing skills at a level that is more advanced than IGE112. Work toward developing and acquiring confidence needed in oral communication. Engage in interactive activities featuring cross-cultural communication and various presentation venues such as using reference words, skimming and scanning, taking short notes, etc. Learn to write paragraphs according to the assigned topics at the high intermediate level. IGE114 Communicative English IV 3 (3-0-6) Be encouraged and able to use English as a medium of communication in any occasions. Develop all skill areas including listening, speaking, reading, and writing at a level more advanced than IGE113. Focus more on listening and speaking skills at the advanced level. IFB301 Business Finance 3 (3-0-6) Study financial theories in business finance, the role of the financial managers, financial planning and analysis, short and long-term financing, costs of capital, working capital management, project evaluation and dividend policies including working capital management, project evaluating, and dividends policy.

ILA214 Business Law 3 (3-0-6) Study principles of law and legal practices that concern businesses including setting up, rights and duties, operations, management, dissolution of various forms of business entities, ordinary partnerships, registered ordinary partnerships, limited partnerships, limited companies, sales and purchases, rent of property, hire purchase and negotiable instruments (e.g. bills of exchange, promissory notes, and cheques). IMA201 Business Statistics (3-0-6) Study measures of dispersion, probability, distributions, sampling, sampling distributions, estimations and tests of hypotheses, mean, variance, proportion, and Chisquare tests. Learn to apply statistics to decision-making in the business world, including analysis of variance, regression and correlation, index numbers, time series analysis, decision theory, and statistical quality control. IMG200 Principles of Management 3 (3-0-6) Study basic principles and techniques in management with emphasis on the current issue and state of art concepts in planning, organizing, leading and controlling in order to achieve organizational valuation, creation, productivity, and profits. IMG300 Operations Management 3 (3-0-6) Study principles, roles, and functions of operations management, factory operations, production processes, qualitative and quantitative manufacturing controls, work safety, basic logistics and inventory management. Study concept of international manufacturing and quality standards that impact manufacturing firm, such as ISO, QS, Six Sigma, and TQM.

IMG400 Business Research Methods 3 (3-0-6) Study the importance of business research and methodology, research problem definition, hypothesis setting, data collection and analysis, reporting, and research result application. IMK201 Principles of Marketing 3 (3-0-6) Study concepts, definition, scope, nature, significance, and functions of marketing including classification of products and services, distribution, pricing and promotion, consumer behavior, and target markets. Study environments that influence on marketing mix and marketing control. IMT106 International Business 3 (3-0-6) Study international business concept, international monetary system, payment balance, exchange rate, trade policy, problems in international business, economics cooperation, multilateral agreements, investment atmosphere, market entry, financial management, and international marketing. 3. Major Courses 39 หน วยก ต - 3.1 Major Required Courses 30 หน วยก ต IMG201 Organization Theory and Design 3 (3-0-6) Develop the current practice of organizational theories, designs and philosophy in modern business. Organizational structure, authority, interrelationship of various groups organizational factors, historical development, post modernism literature, and connection with other disciplines of Theories of organization are provided in this course. IMG202 Supply Chain Management 3(3-0-6) Relate to basic concepts of supply chain management as a tool to assist management in integrating the overall marketing, distribution, planning, manufacturing and purchasing and information communication technology. Various supply chain models, approaches and network design methods are also explored. Some real life cases will be used in order to illustrate some of the above concepts.

IMG203 Human Resource Management 3(3-0-6) Discuss various phases of human resource management, and studies, including recruitment, training and development, evaluation, staffing and maintenance of the effective workforce and manpower planning to enhance overall organizational effectiveness, balance between work life and non-work life and corporate goal congruence. Also provided some fundamentals of organizational behavior, and behavioral science which includes concepts of perception communication, motivation, leadership, group behavior and interpersonal relationship. IMG301 Planning and Control Management 3(3-0-6) The processes of techniques, and various controls; time control, budgeting control, network control, inventory control, and so on, at all levels of organizations. Useful information technology, decision making techniques, short and long term planning, strategic planning and effective control implementation and evaluation in organizations. IMG302 Competency and Learning Organization 3(3-0-6) Theories and principles of individual and organizational learning, research in organizational and competency development, system theory, cognitive science, knowledge management and specific recommendations about how to create organizations that continuously and effectively learn. IMG303 Strategic Management 3(3-0-6) Prerequisite: IMG. 200E Principles of Management Focus on various models of organizations, critical analysis of organizational dimensions, internal and external environmental settings, and the formulation and implementation of competitive strategies that can be used to ensure the continuity and growth of businesses, the sustainability of organizational competitive advantages. The focus and learning method will be placed on case studies. Techniques to be included are balanced scorecard, core competency, organization integration, total quality management, reengineering, benchmarking, and continuous improvement.

IMG304 Entrepreneurship 3(3-0-6) Analyze basic concepts and knowledge of entrepreneurship and smallmedium entrepreneurs with the entrepreneurial approaches. Emphasis will be placed on an enterprise s various stages from incubation/start-up, development, growth and expansion to finally become a mutual enterprise by focusing on the actual tasks, activities, and practice of the entrepreneur. IMG305 Stakeholders Relations Management 3(3-0-6) Analysis and identification of the stakeholders that will be affected by the activities and outcomes of a project, and to assess how those stakeholders are likely to be impacted. Study of building the relationship among stakeholder is discussed, as well as all the tools and techniques which are useful in term of analyzing, examining, and investigate the relationship of stakeholders. IMG433 Leadership and Decision Making 3(3-0-6) Emphasis of theories and concept of leadership and decision making of various problems to strengthen knowledge and skills in the areas of effective leadership and decision making by leaders. Focus is placed on how decision making in organizations occurs in the real world, how various leaders approach the decision making process from different perspectives, and how an individual leader make organizational decisions for change with an understanding of the field of organizational behavior and the various research strategies that it employs. IMG480 Seminar in Management 1 (0-2-4) Prerequisite: Passed at least 15 credits of Major courses Intensively discuss on many facets of managerial issues. Relevant theoretical concepts of management will be exposed and extensively drawn for application to the hypothetical and real-life cases. IMG485 Special Project in Management 2 (0-4-4) Prerequisite: Passed at least 15 credits of Major courses Select and propose a current issue of the real business situation concerning the perspective and possible solutions.

MG317 International Business Management 3(3-0-6) Discuss economic and monetary environments of the international business operations, businesses and government interface, the strategies and structure of international businesses. long-term planning and various aspects of marketing, human resource management and financial management for international businesses. IMG420 Project Management 3(3-0-6) The principles and techniques of project management. An analysis of project feasibilities with the aids of statistical and mathematical tools. Major emphasis will be placed on the field project and class discussion. IMG428 Risk Management 3 (3-0-6) An overview of risk management, including the concepts of risk, creating a risk management program, current issues, trends, and career options. A holistic approach to managing risk, including developing vertical risk strategies and horizontal risk portfolios, is presented. IMG429 Knowledge Management 3 (3-0-6) An overview of the knowledge sharing and organizing, including managing and transferring technology and creating the organization technology and innovation. An emphasis will be placed on developing and commercializing technically innovative products and services.

IMG430 Change Management 3 (3-0-6) Emphasize on the theories and concepts of adaptation and change including how adaptation works across the organization and how the organization create and respond to the change by exploring the adaptation and change in four areas: strategy, structure, people, and technology. IMG431 Negotiation 3(3-0-6) Explore the decision analysis, behavioral decision making, game theory, and negotiation analysis in term of organization and individual. IMG 499 Cooperative Education for Management 6 (0-0-40) Prerequisite: 4 th year student only Students will enter a cooperative training program with the business sector or government sector for a period of at least 16 weeks. Student is required to do the report and the program must provide lecturer visitation at the training site. 4. Practice in negotiation, non-verbal communication means, language behavior, and the application of humor in individual speech assignments.
