This in turn optimises the equipment and software to obtain greater accuracy and the development of new installation methods. Metrology Team All our engineers and operators are fully trained to use the relevant software and metrology equipment. Metrology XG Spatial Analyser Metrolog and spatial analyser have Catia V5 import Leica Axyz Catia NPL training (GDT) Metrology Capabilities Small to large volume metrology projects - From hand held drill jigs, to 40 meter assembly jigs - Using point data or working directly to catia model to position and assemble. Detail inspection - From small 5 axis machined parts, to 10 meter fabrications which are too large for any CMM. Recertification and inspection onsite - Calibration and recertification of jig s and fixtures. Spatial Analyser Metrolog XG Fabricate to cad - Working together with our fabrication team to manufacture complex fabrications, utilizing laser trackers and t-probe. Working directly to catia models. All our engineers hold ccnsg cards, crane licence, fork lift truck, power access licence, for site installation. Fully qualified H&S management team to work together with our metrology department as principle contractor, within a controlled CDM site. Reverse engineering projects - All our software packages allow us to measure any object or assembly and in turn provide the customer with a cad model. Non-contact scanning - Using Leica hand held scanner to produce cad data of any component and compare directly to cad model.
