Cost: 00% of basic charge 6 E-mail/SMS Notification The Recipient receives e-mail/sms notification on sending the shipment, date, place and expected times of delivery. Collection and Remittance of Amount Due (COD) According to Customer s orders, amount due is transferred either be bank transfer or postal order. Receiver is bound to pay amount due in cash. Every shipment with COD service is liable to additional insurance. The collected amount is returned within working days of the day of shipment delivery (the date of postal money transfer or the date of order of payment by DHL is considered the date of payment). NST stickers are attached, their content requires special service (if automatic sorting is impossible or if they may damage other parcels), they contain liquids (barrels, canisters, buckets etc.). The fee is also charged in case of Return of Undeliverable Package with nonstandard elements. Cost: PLN Cost of a non-standard element for DHL PARCEL MAX shipments The charge applies to elements on pallets when: base dimensions exceed 0.8 x. m (EUR pallet), articles on the pallet stick outside its outline, element placed on a pallet is not attached with foil, binding tape, screws, etc. The charge applies to unpalletized elements when: their longest dimension is more than. m or any other dimension exceeds 0.6 m, UP/DOWN and CAUTION!
