Based in South Africa, EOG offers decades of experience in relocation, immigration, and expatriate support training services anywhere in South Africa and on the African continent. Staff Complement Connie Peter is the immigration director. She has over 16 years of experience managing and providing Outsourced solutions to multinational companies managing multi-disciplinary expatriate assignments across the African continent. Connie has worked closely with the Department of Home Affairs, Labour and Trade and Industry and has experience dealing with these Departments. She also conducts regular workshops with corporates and these Departments. Marussia van der Merwe is the relocation director. She has over 15 years of experience in managing mobility for large multinational companies across the African continent. Marussia worked to develop the Globally Aware Expatriate programmes EOG is proud of. Marussia has assisted multinational companies with the development and coordination of their relocation programmes. She is well versed in the needs of relocating families and is passionate about relocation. We have a client service team specialising in immigration, relocation and intercultural training services. We offer professionalism, flexibility, thorough knowledge of Immigration regulations, understanding of working with Government Departments of Home Affairs, Trade and Industry and Labour in each country we operate in and in-depth training and understanding of the needs and requirements of the international HR manager and relocating expatriate.
