Example Scenario User picks a leaner form a search Selects the Programmes of Study of Learning aims from a drop down or multi select control User provides a reason/destination and submits form Data from the form is passed to Nintex workflow. The approver is selected from running 1 or more Reports against the database The withdrawal goes for approval to the appropriate manager and waits for the outcome
If approved the workflow will find all the other enrolment records that the learner has based on the programme that was selected on the form (using a report generator) Rules are applied using combinations of IF,RUNIF,SWITCH as the logic branches in the workflow based on the data it receives from report generator. The register marks are interrogated (either UNIT-e or other systems) The enrolment records are updated within the workflow using multiple UNIT-e actions The appropriate users are notified that the leaners has be withdrawn.
