key personnel Emad J. Al-Hejailan, a Saudi national, is the Chairman of the Al-Hejailan Group and presides as a Chairman of the Board of Directors over many companies within the group. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California, U.S.A., with a major in Civil Engineering in 1978. Faisal J. Al-Hejailan, a Saudi national, is the President of the Al-Hejailan Group and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of several companies within the Group. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California, U.S.A., with a major in Civil Engineering in 1979. Waleed J. Al-Hejailan, a Saudi national, is the Executive Vice President & COO of the Al-Hejailan Group and is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of several telecom companies within the Group. He is a graduate of the American University of Paris with a Major in Business and Economics. Walid J. Merei, a Jordanian national, is the Executive Vice President and CFO of Al-Hejailan Group. He is associated with the AlHejailan Group since 1982. Mr. Merei holds a degree in Business Management with a Major in Accounting from Damascus University and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland (CPA), Arab Management Society (AMS), American Accounting Association (AAA), National Association of Accountants (NAA); and Montana Society for Certified Public Accountants (MCPA). Daniel G. Mussulman, a U.S. national, is the Vice President of Al-Hejailan Group and President of Saudi Venture Development Company, an Al-Hejailan Group Company. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of several Al-Hejailan joint venture companies. Mr. Mussulman is a Certified Public Accountant from the U.S.A and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston, U.S.A.
