Key Personnel Aaron Bell, CEO Aaron is founder and CEO of AdRoll. He has been passionate about using technology to solve big, hairy problems since his early days in the Pacific Northwest. At age 15, Aaron was hired at Microsoft as a Software Development Engineer, becoming the youngest coder at the company. He continued at Microsoft through high school and by way of internships after admission to Stanford University. At Stanford, Aaron studied CS under the legendary artificial intelligence pioneer, Prof. John McCarthy. In 1999, Aaron with two classmates, launched Steamtunnels, a site which put Stanford s print facebook online. It was an immediate hit with students, but taken down by the university. Steamtunnels was acquired and rode out the dotcom boom and bust. Aaron founded AdRoll in 2007. He was drawn to advertising technology because of the scale and depth of the challenges taking part in billions of real-time auctions per day to serve content to hundreds of millions of users globally every day. He gets an equally large thrill out of building the best team in the industry.

Key Personnel Peter Krivkovich, COO Peter is focused on building the organization and processes that have helped AdRoll become the fastest growing display platform for e-commerce. Prior to joining AdRoll, he spent six years in leadership roles spanning finance, business development, product management and sales. Previously, Peter spent two years in investment banking at ABN AMRO, managing M&A across a variety of different industries, including technology, finance, steel and timber. He also spent a year in business development at Everdream Corporation (acquired by Dell in 2005) before moving into product management to oversee the design, development and launch of the company s enterprise software product line. Before Everdream, he worked for Good Technology (acquired by Motorola in 2007), where he helped oversee the company s sales team, and then managed the company s business expense/forecasting model and a variety of operational projects that enabled the company to scale. Peter holds a B.A. in Economics from Emory University, studied Economics at the London School of Economics, and received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is an active investor and advisor to a number of private companies, including serving on the board of directors at Solo-Health. Peter is an active tennis player and lives in San Francisco with his wife Veronica and daughter Anya.

Key Personnel Adam Berke, President Adam is an online advertising industry expert with a true passion for performance display. He is a frequent speaker at SES, SMX, OMMA and SXSW, and a guest author for ClickZ, AdExchanger and MediaPost. As AdRoll s President, Adam oversees the Business Development and Marketing teams. With over 10 years of management experience, he has focused on scaling the company and expanding internationally. Prior to AdRoll, Adam helped launch the CPL network at Aptimus, a publicly-traded ad network acquired by the Apollo Group. In his four years there, he took a leadership role in almost every department: Business Development, Advertiser Operations, and Product Management. Adam received his B.A. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University as well as studying econometrics at the University of New South Wales in Australia. Outside of work, Adam is an avid surfer, kiteboarder, snowboarder, and barefoot runner.

Key Personnel Valentino Volonghi, Chief Architect Valentino is the chief architect at AdRoll, and is responsible for the design and implementation of AdRoll s globally distributed architecture. He is also the president and founder of the Italian Python Association, and has been running the EuroPython Conference since 2011. Early in his career, Valentino fell in love with asynchronous network programming. His passion for high-performance networked applications brought him to AdRoll s attention in 2006, when he designed the first prototype of what would become AdRoll s frontend. Soon after, Valentino agreed to move to the US from Italy, to work full time on further developing the product he helped create. With a team in place, Valentino went on to create and implement the globally distributed ad and pixel servers that contribute to every aspect of AdRoll s current success, creating the basis for linear and painless business scaling. Valentino graduated from the Milan Polytechnic University with a MS in ebusiness and IT management. In his free time, he prepares for triathlons by riding, swimming and running around the Bay Area.

Key Personnel Suresh Khanna, SVP, Sales & Operations Suresh oversees all sales operations at AdRoll. With over 15 years of experience, he was in a variety of tech industry roles before joining AdRoll. Previously, he was at Google for over six years, most recently as director of new advertiser sales. In earlier roles, he led the business development efforts for Google s local advertising channel team, and built scalable sales programs for agencies. Prior to Google, Suresh spent several years in the enterprise software industry at SAP and Siebel Systems, providing sales advisory services and heading up the development of a key offshoring team in India. Prior to that, he was the director of business development at Yodlee. Earlier, Suresh was a senior tech M&A analyst at Jefferies Broadview and a principal at late stage private equity firm Broadview Capital. Outside of work, Suresh is co-owner of Kasa Indian Eatery in San Francisco, voted Best Meal Under $15 in SF in 2009 and 2011 and Best New SF Restaurant in 2009. He has two children and is a passionate Little League baseball coach. Suresh holds a dual BA in Economics and Public Policy from Stanford University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Key Personnel Lauren Vaccarello, VP of Marketing Lauren is AdRoll s in-house marketing guru, a thought leader in the digital marketing world, and author of the highly regarded book, Complete B2B Online Marketing. As Vice President of Marketing, Lauren oversees all of AdRoll s marketing functions, including lead generation, sales enablement, branding, product marketing, event marketing, and content marketing. Key Personnel Greg Fulton, Sr. Director, Product Greg joined AdRoll in 2008, and was tasked with building an ad operations department that could provide expert support and service to thousands of advertisers.
