Go to the Fjord Tours Agent website at www.fjordtours.com/agents Click on the Agent Booking Log in You will then be asked to log in to the Agent Booking system with a password.
When you enter your password, a new window opens with overview of round trips that can be booked. Booking To start booking select a round trip in the list and press BOOK NOW Start choosing if you would like a Day trip or plan stops en route with multiple days. Multiple days: We recommend combining the round trip with Fjord Pass which entitles you to discounts on accommodation
and activities. (IMPORTANT: there is no commission on hotels and activities) Day trip: Next, choose where you want to start the roundtrip by clicking Travel from. Please note you can choose a round trip or a one way trip. Se example below. Choose a date for your Day trip: Click on the date you want in the calendar. Choose date with multiple days: When you have chosen a multiple days you need to fill inn departure date on your chosen destinations. Choose numbers of travelers: You can easily choose several numbers of travelers by choosing the numbers of adults or children. Click NEXT when you have entered all the information required.

Additional options: You are able to Book Fjord Pass Hotels as an agent. Day trip: you can easily choose hotels before departure or after arrival Multiple day tour: you can easily choose hotels before departure, during the round trip, or after the round trip. IMPORTANT! Fill in the travelers name and the travelers phone number. This is very important if you booking Hurtigruten and Norway in a nutshell round trip. Otherwise it is for your own record. Choose Preferred delivery of tickets for the customer, delivery by mail or pick up at the Railway station. Choose if you would like a Cancellation protection Click NEXT when you have entered all the information required.

Ticket Delivery Element Collect your tickets at: One way trip from Oslo to Bergen Pick up at Oslo Central station: Your reference number is: XXXX The NSB ticket office at the Oslo Central Railway station is located between the entrance to track 7-8 and 9-10. Ticket machines can not be used. Opening hours ticket office: Monday - Friday 06:30-23:15 Saturday 10:00 18:00 Sunday 10:00-23:15 PLEASE NOTE: To receive your tickets you need to show the booking confirmation including the reference number. The tickets can be collected anytime during the opening hours, but they must be picked up at the latest 30 minutes before departure. After choosing a tour, you will get the opportunity to book a Fjord Pass hotel. As you can see on the picture to the left you have two options to add hotels in your order. Click one of the option and follow the instructions
Please select where you will make your overnight stops. Then click see hotels at your chosen destination.
You will get the following options when choosing your preferred hotel o Please review your date. Change date if you like. o Choose number of nights, rooms or adults. If late arrival mark the box Late arrival after 18:00 o Below you will see a list of available hotels at your chosen date. Next, press choose this hotel to book a hotel. Chosen hotels will then appear green.
Some trips have duration more than one day. Please select where you will make your overnight stops. If you do not wish to book hotels via Fjord Tours, please tick the box "I want to arrange hotels on my own" at the preferred destination. Your chosen hotel will now be show in the your trip overview, called MY TRIP.
If you book a hotel, you will automaticly be asked if you would like to receive discounted hotel price listed on the site you need a Fjord Pass discount card. One Fjord Pass costs NOK 140 (2012) and is valied for 2 adults and accompanying children under the age of 15 Chose one of the option shown in the picture to the left, and click OK Customer info Please state the name for each Fjord Pass card holder. Click next to confirm your booking.
Please note: Payment for accommodation will take place at the hotel. Your credit card will not be charged for this amount now.
