Master in International Strategy & Consulting The goal of this ESCP Europe Master is to train participants in corporate consulting and intervention professions. Those responsible for planning and implementing large-scale projects for businesses must have both organisational and managerial expertise, and also the capacity to build a clear strategic vision for the company and its information systems in an innovative context. This programme is designed for future consultants in manufacturing and service industries. It aims to help participants build skills and learn methodologies for designing and implementing organisational transformation projects based on a new approach to information flows. At the end of the course, participants will have a portfolio of much sought-after recognized skills highly-valued in today s business world. This full-time curriculum is spread over one year divided into 3 terms as follows: 2 terms of intensive courses - September to December; January to April. Including a two week International Emerging Markets Seminar. 1 term of professionalization from mid- April to December : a company placement of at least 4 months and a professional thesis defended orally to a committee between early November and mid-december the year following the September intake. The programme is taught entirely in English.
Master Program Course modules The programme approach operates on three levels, simultaneously cultivating a strong foundation in management, close ties to the corporate world and a far-reaching international perspective. At the end of the programme the students should be able to: 1. International Seminar The two week International Emerging Markets Seminar, giving students a comparative perspective on consulting, managerial and cultural practices. They also benefit from lectures and meetings with professionals in the field abroad. The aims of these two seminars are: Allow students to be immersed in a new economic, social and cultural context. Take courses in our academic partners institutions. Experience the business context of the country visited. Reinforce their adaptation skills. Local company and factory visits complement the academic component of the trips.
Admission Requirements Eligible applicants must have must have a university degree and be fluent in English. A personal interview, which plays an essential role in assessing candidate s abilities and motivation to do the programme. Analysis of a Strategy Case Study to be submitted before the Interview An aptitude test, which can be a GMAT (40W-NP-23), Tage Mage, GRE (DI Code 0849) or PAEP certificate, or the completion of an alpha-numeric reasoning test, these tests are taken on-campus on the day of your admissions interview, the cost of which is included in the application fee paid to ESCP Europe. In exceptional circumstances, candidates unable to attend interviews on-campus because of distance, current employment outside of Europe, etc., can opt for a webcam interview instead. STEP 3: Acceptance of formal offer PROGRAM FEES: The fees for the academic year 2015/2016 are 16,400 (including costs of the international seminars - transport & accommodation*) with a non refundable application fee of 120.
