The Chrism Mass On the Monday of Holy Week, March 30 th, Bishop DiLorenzo will celebrate the Chrism Mass at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart in Richmond. At this Liturgy all the oils used throughout the Diocese will be blessed by the Bishop, and the priests of our Diocese renew their commitment to the priesthood. This retreat will allow the teens to reflect on what it means to live and love God with a childlike faith. She had spent a couple of days away from home due to the temperatures and upon returning the water in her toilet bowl had started to freeze. Que es esto?: La atención medica es proveído por personal de BON SECOURS CARE A VAN Cuando: Cada SEGUNDO Y CUARTO MARTES de cada mes. La registración empieza a las 9:30 am hasta que la clínica este llena. Entre mas temprano llegue mas temprano será atendido. Costo: TODOS LOS SERVICIO SON GRATIS, pero las donaciones siempre son apreciadas. Servicios Incluidos: Evaluación de rutina y tratamiento de enfermedades agudas comunes, incluyendo; infecciones respiratorias, dolores de cabeza, dolores de oídos, y conjuntivitis; vías urinarias e infecciones de la vejiga; gastritis y acideces; erupciones menores de la piel (ronchitas); dolores musculares menores, y condiciones crónicas tales como diabetes e hipertensión. También: Exámenes físicos para escuelas, exámenes físicos para deportes; seguro medico para niños, inscripciones y educación sana. Se esta trabajando para entrenar a personas bilingües para que puedan asistirte en estas clínicas de momento si tu no tienes un traductor, llama a la oficina para que se te asigne uno durante tu visita. Para aquellos que se han inscrito como interpretes estar pendiente de la información, para un entrenamiento de parte de la parroquia. De la manera que Dios nos da la vida, la iglesia siempre esta comprometida a ayudarte a que tengas una buena salud, tanto física como espiritual. PROGRAMA PARA MUJERES, MADRES Y SOLTERAS La oficina del Ministerio Hispano Our Lady of Mount Carmel, está organizando y programando el próximo programa para mujeres de las Comunidad Hispana, en el cual propone involucrar a toda mujer no importando su estado civil, el cual aprenderemos mucho acerca de la Espiritualidad de la Mujer, Ejemplo de "María Santísima Madre de DIOS" Candidatos para el Rito de Iniciación Cristiana en la Pascua. Favor de mantenerlos en sus oraciones y acompañarles en su jornada, para completar sus sacramentos. ANUNCIO DE LA OFICINA DE AYUDA AL NESECITADO Muchas gracias estimados feligreses por su continuo apoyo ofrendando en los Sobres, que son fondos utilizados para los pobres. Durante las semanas más frías de esta temporada, sus ofrendas permitieron ayudaron a que una madre joven, embarazada, y su hijo de 2 años de edad, fueran beneficiados con la reconexión de su electricidad. Ella había salido de su casa debido a la falta de electricidad y las bajas temperaturas, cuando ella regreso a casa nuevamente, el agua de la taza del inodoro se había comenzado a congelar. Ella estaba muy agradecida y muy emocionada al saber que su servicio de electricidad seria reconectado. Ustedes son una bendición! Agradecimientos especiales al Club de Servicio Cristianos de la Escuela de OLMC!! Ello nos donaron 150 bolsas de almuerzo para nuestros hermanos huéspedes de PORT!! Tercera semana de Cuaresma Estación de Esperanza para el Hambre La siguiente parada en nuestro viaje de la operación Plato de Arroz, de CRS, es la nación africana, Nigeria, donde se nos recuerda que las alegrías de la vida y desafíos son a menudo estacionales. Esta semana oramos por las personas que luchan por alimentar a sus familias durante la temporada de hambre, cuando la comida escasea, y nos comprometemos a actuar por el bien común.
