Notes about our 4HOnline Database: All clubs must be added at the county level o All existing clubs are already in the system o New clubs will need to be added Activities can be added to the system so members can add them to their records o These must be added through the county office. Registration is a separate process. How to enroll: Go to: va.4honline.com Select I need to set up a profile Select Fairfax from drop-down menu Fill in the rest of the fields Select Family for Role Click Create Login
It will bring you to another screen Fill in the remaining fields Select your correspondence preference Mail or Email CHECK THE BOX to have this address automatically copy to all member accounts created in the family profile You don t have to enter another password, this is where you would change your password in the future Click Continue >>
This will bring you to your family profile page: From here you will add family members to your Family profile. Only add youth members to your family. Parents do not enroll as adults. Club leaders and project leaders who will assume duty of care of the youth members should enroll as adults Enrollment is finalized with approval from the county office To add a youth member Under Add a new family member, use the drop down menu and select Youth After selecting youth, the Add Member button will become active, click this and continue with the enrollment process.
Additional Notes o Enrolling a youth will bring you through another process where you can fill out the health history, code of conduct, equine waiver, and club participation information. o Enrolling as an adult will bring you through the adult enrollment process where you will fill out the adult long form, health history, standards of behavior, equine waiver, and participation information. o You only need to Enroll each child/adult once. Subsequent years, you will log in and re-enroll. o Families are expected to update their information as needed. o Updates to the system (such as event registration) will be rolled out periodically as deemed by the state office o Please fill in as many fields as you can, even if they are not mandatory. This will prevent us from having to request you fill it out more completely later. The health history information is required on the form if you wish to have your child participate in camp, congress, natural resources weekend, club field trips, or any other event where the child will be in someone else s care aside from your own. This information is the exact same information that was requested on the paper forms.
