New Member sign up On the My BMX homepage, select the New Member button Step 1 - Selecting your State and Club Select the state where your BMX Club is Select your BMX Club from the dropdown list Select <Continue> Step 2 - Selecting your membership type If you already have a membership number, you can login here and renew your membership If you are a new member, select the membership you want from the table provided Select <Continue> 4

New Member sign up Step 3 - Adding your personal information Add your personal details for your membership (fields marked with * are compulsory) Once completed, select <Continue> Step 4 - Uploading proof of age documents Upload a scan or legible image of a proof of age document (eg passport, drivers licence or birth certificate). Select <Choose File>, select the document from your files and select <Upload File> The file will appear below in the files list, once it appears select <Continue> 5

New Member sign up Step 5 - Review your application Check your personal details are correct and you have selected the correct membership type If any details are incorrect, select <previous> till you go back to the relevant page and update the incorrect details In the terms and conditions, selecting the bolded check boxes will be compulsory to continue through to payment Once completed, select <Continue> 6

New Member sign up Step 6 - Pay for your membership The total fee will include the BMX Australia membership fee as well as any applicable state or club fees. A Credit Card fee of 2.95% plus a transaction fee of $1.05 applies to all transactions. Prices are GST inclusive. Complete credit card details (including card name, number, expiry and verification code) Check billing address is the same as the credit card being used. If not, update address. Select <Submit> 7

New Member sign up Step 7 - Membership Confirmation Receipt Once payment has been received, a confirmation receipt will appear which includes the amount paid, the membership number and expiry. The member can print this page, by clicking <Print> If a member wishes to log into My BMX, select <Home> and use the temporary membership password (see note below). Your username will remain your membership number and will not change A temporary password will be sent to your nominated email address upon successful regitration. Use this temporary password to login initially. Step 8 - Membership Emails Once payment has been received, a member will receive two emails: (1) A copy of the confirmation receipt (2) Login email with your membership number and temporary password 8 Your membership card will be posted to your residential address provided and can take up to three weeks. The confirmation receipt will work as your green slip or temporary membership card.

Password reset Step 1 On the My BMX homepage, below the current member login, select click here after Forgotten your login details? Step 2 Enter the email address connected with your My BMX online account and select <Submit> If you have forgotten your password AND the nominated email address, please contact BMXA on (02) 9008 1300 Step 3 An email will be sent to the email address (provided this is the email address connected to your My BMX online account) The password provided is a temporary password - you will need this and your Membership Number to login Click the link below the password to take you to the My BMX homepage 9

Password reset Step 4 Enter your membership number and password provided. Select <Login> Step 5 You will then be required to change your password which must be a minimum of 8 characters long. Select <Change Password> Step 6 Once your password has been reset, you will be able to access your My BMX online account. 10

First Time Member Login Step 1 - Open your login email for user details An login email will be sent to the email address (provided this is the email address connected to your My BMX online account) The password provided is a temporary password - you will need this and your Membership Number to login Click the link below the password to take you to the My BMX homepage Step 2 - Login with temporary details On the My BMX homepage, enter your membership number and password provided. Select <Login> Step 3 - Change your password You will then be required to change your password which must be a minimum of 8 characters long. Select <Change Password> 12

Member Login Step 1 - Login with temporary details On the My BMX homepage, enter your membership number and password. Select <Login> Step 2 - Access your My BMX online account You will be able to access your My BMX online account. 15

Updating member My Profile Step 1 - Login to My BMX online account Follow the steps on page 14 Step 2 - Update member profile details Members will be able to update the following information: Residential Address & Mailing Address Contact numbers Email address Emergency contacts Sign up for BMXA offers Sign up for third party offers in relation to BMX Change password (button at bottom of page) Once information is updated, select <Update> to save changes 16

Viewing and Renewing My Memberships Step 1 - Login to My BMX online account Follow the steps on page 14 Step 2 - Select <Club Membership> Select <Club Membership> on the left hand menu and the My Memberships page will appear On this page, you will see any Active or Expired memberships (set up or renewed through My BMX), which State and Club your membership is currently held at and your start and end date of the memberships. Step 3 - View Membership Receipt To view or resend a copy of your membership receipt, select <View> under the receipt column for the chosen membership. The following pop up will appear which allows you to view your receipt. To resend a copy of your receipt to your email address, select <Resend Email> 17

Viewing and Renewing My Memberships Step 4 - Renewing Membership Riders can renew Expired memberships or Active memberships set to expire within 90 days of the financial end date online. To renew your membership, select <Update> under the Action column. The following screen will appear. Please check that you are renewing at the correct club and state (if you need to change clubs, please complete a club transfer form located on the BMXA website under Membership>Forms). If the club and state are correct, select <Renew> Fill in the membership type you wish to renew from the drop down box list and select <Update> 18

Viewing and Renewing My Memberships If you have provided proof of age to BMXA previously, please continue to h) If you have not provided a proof of age document previously, you will need to upload an acceptable proof of age document (birth certificate, drivers licence or passport). Select <Choose File> and select the document from your files and select <Upload File> The file will appear below in the files list, once it appears select <Continue> Membership terms and conditions will appear on the following screen, these are the standard terms included on BMX Australia s membership forms. To continue, you will need to read and check both the I accept these terms of agreement as well as I accept these terms regarding Privacy Policies. Once you have checked both boxes, select <Continue> 19

Viewing and Renewing My Memberships A summary of fees will be provided for you to review. Riders can then complete the payment methods to confirm the membership renewal. Once all details have been added, select <Continue> Once the payment has been processed, a receipt page will appear which you can print, or you can return to the My BMX homepage. A copy of the receipt will also be sent to your nominated email address. 20

Registering through My Events Step 1 - Login to My BMX online account Follow the steps on page 14 Step 2 - Select <My Events> Select <My Events> on the left hand menu and the Events and Races page will appear On this page, you will see any Available Events list that you will be eligible to enter including: Open Events (including National and State Events) Inter-Club Events Club Events Other Events All Available Events In addition, once you have entered an event, this will appear in My Events and Races list. 21

Registering through My Events Step 3 - Registering an Event Online To register for a particular event, select <Info> next to the event located in the Available Events list. The Event Details homepage will appear which includes information about the event and registration information. Fees that may be imposed on riders will include: Event Entry Fee, Race Fee, Late Registration Fee (if applicable), Manual Entry Fee (if applicable) An Entry Fee is a one-off fee that can be applied to riders registration, in addition to any race fees applied (riders will be able to enter more than 1 race in a single transaction) The races available for the riders to enter into will be shown at the bottom of the page. You will be able to register for multiple races within a single event in one go. When you select a race, you will be able to select any nominated transponders linked to your My BMX profile, or enter your personal transponder number (if required) per race. If you do not include a transponder number, any applicable hire fees will be charged to riders automatically. Enter your preferred race plate number per race then select <Register> 22

Registering through My Events Once you select register, the Event Application Declaration page will appear. To continue, you must read and select both the by checking this box I signal my agreement with the Declaration and by checking this box, I agree to pay all transaction and processing fees associated with registering for this Event check boxes before selecting <Continue> 23

Registering through My Events Once you select continue, the Event Guidelines will appear on the page. These will include all relevant event information including (but not limited to) location, medical services, refund policy, transponder policy and event schedule. You can select to view the guidelines in a full page or print by selecting click here for a full page view with the option to print below the guidelines box. Once you have read the guidelines, please select the check box I have read and understand the Details for this Event and select <Continue> 24

Registering through My Events If Event Extras Merchandise is available, a rider can then select any event merchandise they wish to add on the Available Extras. If you are ordering merchandise, type in the quantity for each item and select <Update> to save your order. Once you have selected your merchandise, or wish not to purchase any, select <Continue> 25

Registering through My Events Your entry will be available for you to review on the Make Payment page. If you have selected the wrong race or wish to add extras, select <Previous> till you return to the relevant page, update the incorrect item and continue through the steps above to arrive back to the Make Payment page. if you did not include a transponder number at the start of the registration process, the rental fee is automatically added to your total (this is shown in the below screen) The payment of entry includes any credit card and processing fees for all races. Fill in the credit card details and complete the billing address details or select Same as Residential Address if they are the same. Once all details are added, select <Continue> 26

Registering through My Events Once payment has been received, the Receipt page will appear on the screen where the rider can print a copy. A copy of the event receipt and event guidelines (as a.html attachment) will be sent to the email address attached to your member profile. 27
