AGRO-NET System: Holistic solutions for crop cultivation. Data management plays a significant role in plant cultivation today. The tasks of crop management, documentation requirements and performance optimisation can only be efficiently accomplished where automatic and networked systems are utilised. AGROCOM s AGRO-NET software has been specifically developed to fulfil these requirements. As if made for you: Turn a family crop farming business into a big industrial enterprise AGRO-NET provides you with a holistic solution, tailor-made to suit the size of your farm and adaptable to accommodate your individual crop specialities and growth strategies. It also can be used to manage several farms in parallel or as a group. Very user-friendly: AGRO-NET has a clearly arranged display where operation is self-explanatory. The bulk booking options and the freely configurable data entry screens of AGRO-NET make it even more efficient. No more double data entries: All AGRO-NET applications use a central, consistent database. Data that you have entered on your on-board computer or handheld units can be integrated in one simple step using the automatic data alignment function. Compatible in every direction: AGRO-NET integrates planting recommendations and assists cross-farm analyses. Export data to Excel or other standard software including all sorting categories, filters and groupings, as and when you need to. Find out what pays: AGRO-NET offers all the different options, from full cost accounting, through product and machine cost calculations to compilation of individual lists using the list designer. You can compare years at a glance, for example, or compare different fruits, including a visual presentation. Improve on today's performance: Use AGRO-NET's planning tools for every task, from planting and fertilising through to process planning. AGRO-NET also prepares your data for precision farming applications. One map instead of thousands of lists: AGRO-NET presents field index management, area management and yield indexing on a digital farm map. Documentation made easy: AGRO-NET documents all the data on field work, transport and storage. With this tool, you will be perfectly equipped to deal with all documentation requirements from EU application procedures and cross-compliance controls to the Fertiliser and Plant Protection Act. 2 AGROCOM System competence Farm management crop cultivation

One map instead of thousands of lists. Visuals are an essential part of any modern yield index. AGROCOM was a pioneer using this principle years ago. AGROCOM's strategy is to integrate visuals in crop cultivation software. Not only does the field index function as a digital farm map, but all available visual information can also be integrated and other visual applications be used by taking over the AGRO-NET data. In AGRO-NET you can make your entries visually. Just select fields from the current farm layer. A map is saved for each entry so that the area or part area treated is clearly documented at the same time. AGRO-NET visually correlates survey or cadastral data as well as soil samples and yield data. The number of map presentations is unlimited. All AGRO-NET visuals can be printed out exactly to scale. Factual data presented in conjunction with maps provides additional valuable information. Correlations between the fields come to light. Landscape elements can be proven, for example, or storm damage determined for each area. EU applications are also visually supported. For orientation, planning, documentation, evaluation or control whatever the task, you see pictures and do not have to think in coordinates. Reap the benefits in area and lease management, for example. AGRO-NET will calculate the exact results that can be achieved from dividing up or amalgamating fields and provides you with several visually prepared solutions to choose from. 4 AGROCOM System competence Farm management crop cultivation

VISUAL Woodland Paths Condition of area + On the safe side in the event of damage. Visual presentations provide invaluable services when it comes to finding the causes of damage to a field quickly. Insurance companies know this, too, and demand exact evidence about the areas affected. With the multi-peril policies that are customary today e.g. to protect against floods, winterkilling, damage from drought and frost insurers are no longer willing to accept mere percentages. If you can locate the damage visually, you can be sure that the claim will be settled quickly. + Fly to your fields! You don't have any aerial photos of your farm but you would like to have an overview of your areas? No problem thanks to Google Earth : Simply transfer the field boundaries from AGRO-NET to Google Earth and in a few seconds you'll have a perfect overview of your fields. This also works for the yield data from AGRO-NET, by the way. + Go straight to your destination. Drivers who do not know the way to their fields can request a map from MAP24 using the field data from AGRO-NET and also get a realistic calculation of driving time. Start the season well prepared. Crop cultivation planning nowadays usually concentrates on the basic planning, i.e. what to plant, where and when. But this frequently does not do sufficient justice to the changed farm structures, new farming procedures and new sectors, such as biogas production, for example. In order to make the best possible use of economic and qualitative potential, resources have to be planned, as well as the crops themselves. Who is to do what, when, where and with which machines and tools? AGRO-NET's planning functionalities are very wide-ranging and allow in-depth planning of processes and factors involved in the individual work stages. Plan all the individual work stages clearly for each crop and field, from seeds and preparing beds through to harvesting even if you plant several different crops per year and field. Integrate costs and income into your crops and fertiliser planning. Take over planning data into bookings or new entries with one click of the mouse. No additional entries are required in order to generate the current planning status. Extract from the crop rotation 1st year 1. Previous crop winter rape 2. Main crop wheat 3. Soil type sl 4. PLANNING + Clear documentation of all your planting strategies. Other field indices often can't cope with recording different crops on one field within one harvest year. AGRO-NET is designed to cope with this type of complexity no "improvised solutions for undersowing and intermediate crops. When the main crop has been harvested, the next main crop can be planted and harvested in the same harvest year. 2nd year 1. Previous crop wheat 2. Main crop wheat 3. Soil type sl 4. Documentation made easy. AGRO-NET is designed to record information in any way. You can make individual or bulk bookings. AGRO-NET supports a wide range of terminal and handheld interfaces as part of the automatic process data recording function. This gives you a great deal of flexibility when integrating field and working data. AGRO-NET supports interfaces to CLAAS group terminals such as ACT and CEBIS, as well as to other makes such as New Holland's CX/CR or Voyager and Müller Elektronik's Uni Control. With ASD (automatic field documentation) you also have a connection to Amazone and Rauch terminals. ISOBUS data transfer also works perfectly. Keep a check on environmental requirements: AGRO-NET checks each field for conformity with environmental requirements, supplies information on official requirements in connection with the application of pesticides and fungicides and makes recommendations in this connection. In the handheld sector AGRO-NET supports AGRO-NET mobile edition as well as data transfer with the operating systems of PALM OS and Windows mobile. Keep a check on field documentation: Document all your field work and enter it directly in the right EU application form -EUREPGAP or Cross Compliance requirements. Keep a check on store documentation: Document all your storage activities, no matter how many different stores are involved, and record validity dates and monitoring routines. Keep a check on transport documentation: Document all your transport activities, taking into account the tied resources. 8 AGROCOM System competence Farm management crop cultivation

Schlag 4 Schlag 3 Schlag 2 Schlag 1 Schlag 5 DOCUMENTATION The yardstick: visual documentation. EU-applications and InVeKoS (integrated management and control systems) require visual evidence of agricultural areas. Infor-mation about the crops and the plots must be provided and field blocks and fields allocated visually. AGRO- NET defines the actual location of a field exactly using official coordinates. Neighbour-ing fields can be seen at a glance, too. All the information stands up to reliable tests. If fields are to be used for biogas production, AGRO-NET also provides a usual documentation function: The programme supplies clear evidence of where the sources of energy originate. + Make sure you fulfil the requirements of the Fertiliser and Plant Protection Act A 3-year nitrogen balance and 6-year phosphorous balance no longer appear so daunting: AGRO-NET supplies lists to help you to fulfil all the documentation requirements, taking into account your annual yields as demanded. Out in the field with AGRO-NET mobile edition. With AGRO-NET mobile edition, farmers can take care of field index management, documentation, area management, lease management, soil sampling and scoring while out on the field. The system automatically recognizes the position of a field. It displays the field in which the driver is currently under way, the time he entered the field and the time at which he leaves the field. All activities on the field are tracked and documented, as well as interruptions, travel between the individual fields and transport runs. The system displays obstacles and weed patches as well as, for example, fields bordering on riverbanks. The system produces an exact cultivation contour, which precisely documents where crops were treated and where not, automatically fulfilling all the requirements of the Fertiliser and Plant Protection Act. Find out what pays. Once recorded, the data can be called up for all kinds of analysis. You can review the whole year's work, or make a detailed comparison of crops and even optimise planting strategies. The field index shows up all the work done on a field at a glance ad provides an overview of all the treatment applied including agents and nutrients. Overviews of seeds and harvests are also possible. Either for one farm or several. You decide on the scope and the timing. A bit of advice from us: Store your main lists in the file My Favourites What are the costs per ha? What are the costs per dt? The cost analysis function calculates the profit potential and pinpoints cost traps. The full cost accounting method allows you to measure the efficiency of your entire manufacturing process with greater transparency and shows up the actual costs at product and service level. Product and machine calculations in AGRO-NET take all factors into consideration, which you can allocate as required. AGRO-NET enables you to prepare your nutrient balance taking all the latest regulations into consideration. 10 AGROCOM System competence Farm management crop cultivation

EVALUATION Standard or extras: It's up to you! AGRO-NET offers you a range of possibilities for bundling data, creating links, evaluating data according to different criteria and presenting it visually. You can also amend existing lists by sorting them by column, filtering content and simply hiding columns you don't need. No other product on the market allows such individual farm analyses as AGRO-NET. All the data, including all sorting categories, filters and groupings, can be exported to other standard software (e.g. Excel). + Perfect duo: Analysis and visuals. A picture says more than a thousand words. Anyone who has worked with visual evaluations won't want to miss out on the benefits again. You can see at a glance where fields are farmed lucratively and where there is room for improvement. Fertilisation Variable machine costs Crop protection Hail insurance Drought Seeds Contract threshing System competence Farm management crop cultivation AGROCOM 11

Visual management of areas and leases. The development of new, and sometimes very large and decentralised farms structures, makes a clear and well organised lease and exchange management system even more important. AGROCOM helps you to divide or amalgamate areas without difficulty. AGRO-NET presents all the correlated legal and economic data on the areas visually with exact coordinates. In true-to-scale diagrams, AGRO-NET calculates the exact dimensions of possible changes and gives you several solutions to choose from in visual form. If you wish you can then use as binding variables in a contract. Field border strips are also calculated in a diagram and supply exact data about environmental subsidies. r GEOINFORMATION LANDENTWICKLUNG LIEGENSCHAFTEN AREA MANAGEMENT Everything fits logically together. AGROCOM has succeeded in integrating area and lease management into the official application procedures as part of an overall data management system. Crop documentation is an integral part of the solution. This means that documentation, area and lease payments, bonus applications as well as a production pass for follow-up work always come from the same data source. In short. Everything fits together. Everything is logical. + A direct line to the hail insurers. AGRO-NET helps you to work efficiently and without any losing any time when it comes to insurance claims, too: Data can be transferred directly from AGRO-NET to the web application of hail insurers, for example, using. Improve on today's performance. The goal of precision farming is to farm crops everywhere in the field with the optimum level of intensity in relation to the amount of effort required and the yield harvested. The key to observing site-specific areas is the Global Positioning System (GPS) which records georeferenced information via a terminal or handheld device. AGRO-NET processes the data and supports beginners and professionals to the same extent for example with yield mapping or compiling application maps. 14 AGROCOM System competence Farm management crop cultivation
