The CH2M HILL eportal integrates Supplier / Subcontractor information into the CH2M HILL Materials and Subcontract Management System (CMAS) which is utilized for Procurement on projects across company business groups. The eportal registration system provides an easy way for contractors and suppliers to register and continuously maintain qualifications online. The eportal also allows suppliers and subcontractors to submit bids online and, once an agreement is issued, execute agreements online. The eportal also will facilitate interactive communications, submittals, and administration of subcontracts on projects. As the first step, CH2M HILL invites companies to register online via the Suppliers and Subcontractor eportal. Companies may use this tool register with CH2M HILL, to indicate that they are a certified diversity supplier or contractor, to fill out our supplier/subcontractor questionnaire and attach certification documents, and to identify the types of materials or services which they provide, all of which will make it easier to do business with CH2M HILL. The Supplier / Subcontractor registration process consists of 3 steps: 1. The initial Logon Request provides basic company information and establishes user accounts for company employees. 2. The Company Profile is submitted to further establish your company s line of business and certifications. 3. The Qualification Statement provides additional detailed information to better enable you to work with CH2M HILL. Please proceed through the next few pages to learn how to register with CH2M HILL. The Login Screen The Login Screen is divided into two sections. If you already have a user account, simply input your User Name and password into the left side of the form and click Login: If this is your first time here, please go ahead and Register! Click the Register button Step 1: Login Request If you are new to CH2M HILL, registration is easy. Start by filling in some basic information about your company, and then press Next.
Next, input information about your employees to give them their own user accounts. Fill in the form, and press Save User. Note that the user now appears in the User box on the right. That way, you can come back later and update information about them, or remove them from the account. If you want to add additional users, click the Add New User button and repeat the process above. When you are finished adding users, press Next. NOTE: One user must be set as the Primary User. Otherwise, the eportal will not allow you to proceed to the next screen. You are now done with Step 1: Login Request. Each user will also receive an email notifying them of their User Name and Password.
Step 2: Company Profile If you logged out and have returned to complete your Company Profile, the eportal has taken you to the Home screen. To begin (or continue work on) the Company Profile, press Go to Company Profile. Note that in the lower section, your progress is being monitored and displayed. Each Registration Step is also a link to that part of the Registration process. Hovering over a progress bar (such as the one next to Company Profile) will display detailed progress for that step. If you clicked OK in the previous step, the eportal takes you directly to the Company Profile screen. Fill in all mandatory questions and upload mandatory documents as indicated by a red asterisk next to the question and/or the paper clip (attachment) icon. Click next when finished.
The Materials and Services page allows you to identify the materials and services that you provide. Move items in the list from the left side to the right side by either clicking and dragging items from one side to the other, or by highlighting items and clicking the Add button. You can find material and service items by either typing in key words in the search field at the top of the left pane, or by clicking the + button next to each category. You can select multiple items using the Ctrl Key on your keyboard. When all items have been selected, click Save and Next. NOTE: You cannot move categories (items with + ) from the left to the right pane. The Summary page provides an overview of progress on the Company Profile step. When all mandatory questions have been answered and all mandatory documents uploaded, press Submit.
You will be asked to certify your answers by an electronic signature process.
Step 3: Qualification Questionnaire The third and final step of the Registration process is the Qualification Questionnaire. The Questionnaire will become available to you once the Company Profile has been reviewed and accepted. You will receive an email when this has been completed. Log in to the eportal and go to the Qualifications page. Depending on whether you are a Supplier or a Subcontractor, you will be asked a different set of questions, but the process will be the same. Navigate through the sections using the buttons on the right side of the screen.
After each page is complete, Click Save and then press the Qualifications Tab at the top of the screen to go back to the Section list. Repeat this process until all mandatory questions have been answered. When all sections have been completed, press the Submit button to Submit. You will be asked to electronically sign a Certification Statement. You are finished. Thank you for registering with CH2M HILL!!
