Job Description Customer Value Chain Management (CVCM) Strategy Program Manager (location: Shanghai or Shenzhen) The Customer Value Chain Management s University Select Program is unique in that it provides a structured one-year program that positions you for success. The Customer Value Chain Management organization takes Cisco innovation from the drawing board to the customer. The CVCM Strategic Analyst role at Cisco is extremely dynamic and fast paced. We are looking for the kind of team members that have the following skill sets. Knowledge/Skills: Strong understanding of the end-to-end value chain processes and drivers Experience with structured process methodology (e.g., Six-Sigma) Aptitude to define operational requirements and implement processes to support those requirements Demonstrated proficiency in a broad range of analytical skills Business acumen, e.g. including financial proficiency and business cases Understanding of Advanced Planning software systems and how it can be leveraged to model Supply Chain Planning decisions Ability to improve/streamline SUPPLY CHAIN Planning processes via 6 sigma/lean principles Project Management skills w/ DMAIC knowledge to deliver project completion on time, budget and quality Good understanding and practical application of Industry best practices Demonstrated capability to gather business user requirements (UI, Reporting, Metrics, Automation, etc), conduct needs analysis, and document them into BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) Self motivated with a great sense of ownership and ability to work independently Thrive in an environment with an agenda for change, growth, innovation, and entrepreneurial behavior Endless sense of curiosity of how and why things work and how they may be improved Customer focused, collaborative, strong communication skills, flexible, and highly responsive

Business Analyst should be able to efficiently support all aspects of project lifecycle including design, gap analysis and solutioning, IT interface, testing, training, user adoption, and change management. This role should be able to proactively support the supply chain planning community by: Implementing level 2 and level 3 integrated process flows Developing and driving metrics for programs to measure business effectiveness and facilitate continuous improvement Serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to solve/mitigate issues and assist in user adoption Influences others to make decisions and take actions aimed at achieving common objectives Facilitating cross-functional and/or global teams

Finance Program Finance Analyst Cisco s Finance organization provides insight and analysis to guide the company s strategic positioning. Cisco Finance professionals are valued as dynamic and influential business leaders, which drive shareholder value. With role rotation, Responsibilities may include but not limit to: - Provide financial analysis and guidance on business performance for monthly/quarterly business reviews and decision making - Business partnering with the business team to drive and review balanced scorecard targets achievement. - Partner with business team to manage forecast to achieve higher forecast accuracy.
