The culture Report (Concept) The Culture Report is an open forum social media platform and publication that exhibits a city s culture by using video, photography, articles, and a commenting system that makes commenting feel more personal. You can comment directly upon an article, video, or photo gallery, having your opinions heard alongside other city dwellers. This allows The Culture Report to create an ongoing, lively conversation about local culture.
